Comfort Hotel Atlantic

The location, close to city centre was good. So, we could walk to city centre. Internet/WiFi access included in room rate was highly appreciated, especially by my to elder boys.

Pure breakfast (e.g. no fruits) in a almost dark room. Seams they want to safe money for electricity. Many tables not cleaned from previous guests due to insufficient staff. The elevator looks like a service elevator. Actually when I check in I walked back to the front desk and asked where the guests elevators are. In addition at breakfast time it's difficult to get an elevator staying at 7th floor (half up). Therefore we walked to breakfast at ground floor. If I had written the customer feedbacks on your web side more carefully I would have picked it up.

Breakfast was good, mostly organic food.

The hotel is located at a busy intersection. It's very noisy even at night, and on a warm day you don't want to close the window since there is no air condition in the room.

hotel has a great location, very central. waitress at bar and receptionest where way above adverage in helpfuliness. could not do enough to help with directions and things to do etc. first class....

Convenient to the centre of town, comfortable with all the necessary facilities, nice views. Reasonablly priced.

Two of the four mornings my room was made up, the coffee cup was not cleaned and the supplies not replenished. I had to go up to the restaurant for milk and sugar for my coffee. Also on one day the mini-bar was not restocked and I had to go down to the lobby to get a drink. Perhaps more attention to these details?

Clean and reasonably comfortable. Friendly staff. Very short walk in to town centre.

We enjoyed the stay, because of the very helpful staff both in the reception as well as in the restaurant. We had a lovely view from our comfortable room. The center og town was easely reached by foot.

There is o.k. restaurant in the hotel.

There was noise coming from the street - there is a train track and a crossing with alarm clinging throughout the night. The square in front of the hotel seems to be the gathering place after the restaurants close. Drunk danes can make surprisingly lot of noise at 4 a.m.

Ubicación a tan sólo 5 min. del centro, zona comercial y estación de tren, trato del personal bueno, servicio de internet y cafe-té gratuitos, habitación amplia y desayuno buffet correcto.

Algunas instalaciones y elementos de la habitación viejos y muy deteriorados, habitación con polvo y olor un poco desagradable a usado, una de las camas muy poco confortable, no pedimos cambio de habitación porque sólo era una noche. El aseo no estaba mal pero sólo tenía jabón líquido para las manos y las toallas bastante desgastadas. Relación C/P muy mala.

Het ontbijt was heel goed door de ruime keuzen.

Het onthaal was slecht, de verzorging van de kamers was ondermaats, en de parkeer mogelijkheden was min.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro della città a piedi. Stanza confortevole posizionata all'11° piano con ampia vista sul porto e sulla cattedrale del centro.

La connessione internet è gratuita ma il segnale wireless un po' debole. Per poter navigare dovevo restare vicino alla porta d'ingresso, mentre se mi avvicinavo al balcone perdevo il segnale. Malgrado sia indicato il parcheggio privato gratuito a noi non hanno detto niente, obbligandoci a pagare il parcheggio pubblico di fronte all'albergo. La sensazione è che se non hai una macchina di un certo valore non ti fanno usare il loro parcheggio privato (quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiesto se la macchina era grossa oppure di tipo standard...la nostra è una semplice peugeot 206).

Hotel Atlantic lå meget central, men det var deværre og en del støj fra havneområdet.Dejligt at det var parkeringsmulighd på hotellet.Gratis kaffe.Morgenbuffet på 10 etage - dejlig udsigt.

Støjen fra havneområdet gør,at jeg ikke vil vælge dette hotel næste gang.Prisen var også i overkanten. Hotellet er ikke nyt mere og virker lidt slidt.
