- Very friendly people - Good free breakfast - Not so far from the downtown
- A bit noicy - A little too far from the downtown
Nice staff, good bed and lovely breakfast
When I checked in, I was aksed if I wanted to upgrade to another room for 200dk I declined. When I asked about checking out 1 hour later than the 12.00 normal time, guess what, 200dk. I have never been asked to pay for an extension of checkout time. How petty and money grabbing. Maybe the hotel is struggling and trying to get every penny out of those who do stay there.
Staffs was friendly, they speak English, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, breakfast was good as well, lots of choice
When I open the tap to fill up the bath the water come out yellow Unlike other hotels I been to they all had a kettle with a few bottles of water coffee and tea, not this one, you have to go down to the reception to make your own, and buy it from the reception, Room was really noise, you could hear every bit of noise, from the corridor and other users, in one case there was a gang males were smoking outside my room and I could smell the smoke all over the room when I come out the have gone and left ashes all over the carpet included the cigarette butt all over, there was not smoke alarm or at least did not worked This hotel was Not cheap for £115 a night I think I will go to a better one probably spent £10 extra and go to four star
that I was not informed on booking that restaurant was closed - terrible weather not possible to go out, not nice to have to figure out how to get food delivered from outside
Good breakfast, good reception staff , housekeeping not very good, for 4 pax with usual toiletry for 1 or 2 pax
Walking distance to everything. Great family room, with a coffee machine.
The sofa bed had poor sleeping comfort, but it worked for the kids. Other guests smoking on the balconys was a bother. When our doors were open, cigarette smoke would very often sneak in. The breakfast had a poor selection, at least compared to standard Norwegian hotel breakfasts. You can not be claustrophobic, using the hotel parking. There's a car lift to get the car up one or two floors, and there's a teeny tiny elevator to get down to the reception when you leave your car.
Easy to find
Too much construction going on round the hotel
Hotel was of a good standard and appointed in a good location for the town.. Bars & Restaurants being only minutes away from the Hotel.
I had to leave early in the morning to catch an early flight from Aarhus Airport. No breakfast or coffee facilities were available and no refund given despite me paying for this facility
very large and comfortable room
The hotel was very close to the canal area, many restaurants, the ARoS museum and Gamle Den By. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet breakfast included in the price. There is a FANTASTIC, well-priced restaurant with a wonderful buffet called Flammen just about one block behind the hotel!
The weather was vey warm and so was our room, and there was no fan available. Also our TV did not work, although we were too busy to watch it!
our first room doesnt have a refrigerator that´s why we were upgraded to suite room
Pleasant hotel in an up-and-coming area. Close to restaurants.
Reception staff friendly and willing to help
Beds were less than uncomfortable - poor quality mattress.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Great view Comfortable pillow :) Comfortable bed
Terrible stairwais (some prefer to walk the stair rather than taking the lift) The first night was very noisy from a room nearby Coffee from the machine in the reception should have been free of charge
Good basic value-for-money hotel in convenient location in central Aarhus.
Had booked a small double room, but it turns out that really means a room right next to the noisy lifts. Was moved to another room only after suffering a bit of attitude from the reception staff.
Excellent Hotel.... super friendly staff...immaculately clean breakfast in lovely room with view of city
In the middle of a construction zone...but did not take away from hotel
Central location, good value for money,
Temporary construction works in the front of the hotel, difficult to park the car.
Loud neighbors who can not be controlled by the hotel stuff
There's a night club just next to the hotel and on Friday night it was pretty noisy.
Easy walking distance to Restaurants and bars. Very close to main shopping area.
The room was okay.
Your hotel is in the middle of a building site. I was awoken very early in the morning by an Angle Grinder.. Based on the price I paid I regard this as opportunitsic to not have warmed me before I arrived. Dissatisfied
The linen on the bed was smelling like someone smoked next to it
The persons in the recption was very friendly when we arrived and when we left.
The noice from the other rooms. Young people on a funny trip together with people , which is on intensive course at Teknologisk Institut, is not good. My colleque called the recption, but nothing seems to happend. We had paid DKK. 8000 for each person for the course - so it was very importent for us to be fresh and rested next morning and not had to stay awake until the Young people went to sleep at about 2:30 am. Otherweise we might as well have driven home.
