Convenience of location. Rather basic. The clerck we found at the reception at about 8pm was rather unfriendly. |

Good location. Five minutes from the center on foot. Availability to check-in before the check-it time. Free coffe-machine at the reception. It was terribly cold in the room. Like the temperature outside(-2C). The staff just forgot to swich on the heater in the room. Room was dirty. Bad linens were thorn some places. And the bed cover also was with the holes. Room was not made up while the 'do not disturb' was only till 11:00. No free wi-fi(in fact there was free wi-fi in description). |

It is very near to Central Station & other important spots in Copenhagen. Room was confortable & well furnished & clean. The day temperature was too high that day & eventually the room was very hot even in the night. Lack of ac or Fan made it a little uncomfortable. |

Central location The entrance is very small , no lobby or restaurant. Breakfast was very basic. Considering that I paid about euro250 per night I felt that I was cheated. I think that its price should have been much less. |

Proximity to Copenhagen Central Station, price of room compared to other hotels in Copenhagen. Lack of air conditioning in the room, and fan in the bathroom. The room became unbearably hot, despite opening all the windows. |

El hotel es centrico y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. No hay plato de ducha. Cuando alguien se ducha no puedes estar en el baño ya que te mojas. Solo hay un desague en el suelo. La habitación es pequeñisima. |
