The hotel is really close to the trian station. Nice TV screen The street was quiet during the night (we stayed during the week not during weekend) The guy at the reception was not very helpful and pleasant. There were no hairdryer in the room. The shower curtain was durty. The mattress was very soft and not confortable Not enough choice for the breakfast.

The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the central train station, on an adjacent street. The street had a couple of strip clubs on it- but there didn't seem to be any noise or nuisance from them. The hotel staff (as Danes in general!) were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, average size with quite large bathroom with good shower. Very comfortable bed.

Good location I ordered a room with a double bed, but only got 2 single beds. The bathroom was very small and not very nice, and the breakfast was really not good. I only used one of my 2 vouchers there. So all in all; not very impressed.

The location is perfect,in the centre of Copenhagen,close to the Central Station and Tivoli. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are planning to come back to Copenhagen and will certainly choose this hotel again !

Excellent location in city centre close to train and bus connections. Nearby night clubs bars and restaurants as expected in any city centre, neighbourhood felt safe and comfortable. Hot weather when we visited so windows open at night, however street noise seemed to stop quite early and we were not disturbed.

Staff was very helpful! Hotel was very close to shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing buses, train station, Tivoli. No air conditioning. Even though the windows could remain open, the courtyard noise would have prevented any rest. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable.

Free Internet Everything from the size of the room, cleanliness, smelly linens, old dated bathroom fixtures. there is absoutely nothing about comfort hotel excelsior good anymore. I stayed in this hotel for the 3 time and everytime the hotel condition is getting poor. I simply suggest Choice Hotels demolish the building and make a new one as this hotel is no more fit for staying.

A dos calles de la estación central, limpio, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien. Buen precio para ser la ciudad que es. Tiene wifi y dos ordenadores en el hall para el uso de los clientes. Se encuentra en una zona con muchas opciones para comer/cenar. A pesar de ser moqueta estaba muy limpio. Tiene pinta de ser un poco ruidoso porque es todo de madera, nosotros no tuvimos ruidos por la baja ocupación del hotel.

Central beliggenhed Det kan ikke passe, at man på et hotel til over 1000 kr. Pr. Nat skal ligge og fryse om natten. Vi var to, der var afsted, boede på hvert sit værelse, og problemet var det samme. Desuden hørte vi andre gæster klage over det samme. En anden ting: prøv lige at genoverveje om prisen for morgenmaden er rimelig med det udvalg. Helt ærligt!

Hotellets beliggenhed, et serviceminded personale samt et udmærket værelse og bad Sengen lidt for blød og en dårlig hovedpude. Hotellet kunne godt trænge til at få et løft omkring indgang og gange mv. - virker lidt slidt!
