SMALL SIZE ROOM N BED
We spent a weekend. Good location, long hours for breakfast, nice personnel, good location.
We enjoyed the contemporary style, and our room was just newly renovated. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The room was maybee a little small but we didn't spend to much time there. outstanding breakfast. Good location, many restaurants nearby.
Clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful
Nothing not to like
No bed lamp. Breakfast wasn´t ready when they opened 06.30
they do many thing thoughtful things that all hotels should do night light to find way to bath glow in dark evacuation plan spills in food service cleaned up immediately easy to id staff
The bed The breakfast and eating area Overall cleanliness Fair view
The room was basic, for a superior room, it fell short of the mark. Bathroom basic, smelled of drains.
Breakfast, location, the newly renovated room was good. Not renovated room was kind of acceptable but not excellent but had iron with ironing board and kettle - which was nice.
Corridor looks dirty because of marks on the floor and walls
Breakfast and hotel location were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Coffee and water facilities available throughout the day at reception was good.
The lack of content in the room's fridge
In a very convenient position near the central rail station and all places of interest in Copenhagen
The room was too hot it was difficult to turn down the air condioning and opening the window would have made it too noisy
The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for touring Copenhagen. The staff were very helpful. All in all an ideal hotel for a short stay in Copenhagen!
The size of the room: quite big even for a double room
The breakfast: what if cannot eat tomato, salad, ham or cheese in the morning? I was expecting some pastries like croissant, nutella and others but when I asked about sweet things all I was offered was toasted bread and jam...so disappointing about this small choice of sweet dishes.
Housekeeping was great I stayed for 9 days and had a clean room and fresh towels each day, could open the window for fresh air if needed and the mini fridge was left empty so I could put in whatever I wanted, also a great location I came in by rail only a 5min walk to the hotel, great staff at the front desk always helpful, I would stay again if ever I go back to Copenhagen.
The only thing towards the end of my stay the breakfast menu never changed but as I stayed for 9 days I would notice that as most people only stayed for 2 or 3 days it was not a big deal, but the food was good, in all a great place to stay.
The location was superb. Public transport. Heaps of eating places (cheap and expensive) within easy walking. Tivoli Gardens 5 minutes away. Info centre 5 minutes away. Hop on/Hop off buses 5 minutes away. Small supermarket next door. Laundrymat 5 minutes away. Everyone friendly. Reception desk excellent. Breakfast(inc with our stay) was good - as long as you avoided the rush (after 9). Rooms clean and serviced well. Definitely recommend.
Aircon in room was useless. Apparently a common complaint. We kept windows open all night. I guess the good point of that was that we now realize how effective double glazing is in keeping out street noise. (while we were there, there was the Gay Pride march along the street, and the celebrations lasted long into the night. While noisy...it was quite fun to observe...and despite late noise...we found it quite enjoyable). We thought that the tariffs were a little high, based on Aussie standards...but we could use that comment throughout Europe
The breakfast was very good.
The room needed repairs and the halls and common areas (except the rest.) needed painting etc,
clean, nice, central
poor wifi acces in my room, the not very motivated staff was unable to cope. it was me, who had to call the wifi provider, but nothing changed.
comfortable and quiet.
The unfriendly staff should be improved step..I had bad feeling.
Excellent breakfast till 12:00 on Sunday. Also, complimentary late checkout (without having to ask for it) on Sunday was very much appreciated!
What's not to like...
Good location Reasonably clean
Free coffee in reception at all times was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is excellent being in easy distance of all the main sights and attractions.
Nothing springs to mind. overall a very good stay.
central to train station excellent breakfast
Musty and shabby passageways. No Danish pastries for breakfast!
