Very close to railway station for ease of travelling around 1. Constantly running out of items at Breakfast buffet. When we asked for some bacon, we were told there was no more! Coffee machine was also empty very often.2. Our tv or fridge were not working in the room. 3. The room was unbearably hot, there was no ventilation.4. Extra pillows needed in the bedroom. |

very convienient to the city and train ststion on the whole i did like your hotel just need a bit of coordination in some areas each member of staff gave different accounts of lets say the cost of breakfast and times you could book your meal the dining area does not seem large enough for the amount of guests especialy at the weekends also the breakdown of the coffe machines was a regular occurance |

Conveniently located across the street from the train station, and close to the cruise terminals which was the reason we booked this hotel. Basic hotel, very worn, crack in basin, fittings are old and past their best, carpets looked worn and dirty; Rooms alongside train station very noisy. |

Free internet. Train station next to the hotel doors. Actually, this hotel is located right next to railway rails (7 m) and designed as train inside. I cant say its very comfartable - a bit smellish, a bit noisy (u can feel building shaking). Breakfast price must be included into room price. But if u pay no more than 100 USD - then its fairly priced. |

I liked the breakfast very much, also the inner design of the hotel is very nice. Mattresses in beds were very soft so I didn't sleep well. Also, in summer the trains that run just nearby might be very noisy when you have your window open. Breakfast was very good, although I thought it was quite expensive - perhaps beacuse of the bio products... |

Located right across the street from the train station. The room we had stunk of sewer waste! I read about this problem from other people's review and thought that it would have been fixed by now!!! Also, the sound of trains all night long was very annoying! |

quick check in and out, quite nice and comfortable furnishings, smiling staff noise from the railways station especially during trains stopover with the engine on, fridge not in each room but if, there was stinking and full of an ice |

Nothing special, but nothing special to complain about either. The good thing was that my room had a view to a park instead to railways, it might be a noise problem on that side of the hotel. I newer thought about this thing before getting in to hotel... They tried to charge me 1895 instead of 895 DKK for the last night. They corrected it, though and apologized. |

It is quite near the center and there is a train station and buses very near It is dirty, close to the railways with noise and vibrations and no comfort at all. It smells very bad. I suggest not to include it in your lists of hotels |

Location; lobby; juices in the lobby fridge Frankly rude staff. I understand if you refuse to help me carry my really heavy suitcase up the stairs (no elevator!!), or to let me use a plug-in at the reception, but could you please at least give me one smile!! |

the distance of USA enbassy so clsoe and if you want to look around famous palce of DK that also so close, just need 8-10 mins. the hotle no air condiations in the summer time and feel little be hot in the night |
