“The receptionists were very friendly, ready to help me print and to find things in Copenhagen. Due to comments about the noise from passing trains, I took a room on the side of the hotel away from the train tracks, and there the noise was no problem at all. Magnificent breakfast buffet!”

Spacious and comfortable rooms with free wi-fi connection available. Rich breakfast buffet. Friendly and willing to help staff. All this at one of the lowest rates in town. Unfortunately quite noisy because of its location just beside the railway. Ear plugs are provided freely in e ach room, but trains passing by trhough the Osterport station make the building vibrate vigorously.

The reservation process was very simple. The room was very clean and was kept like that during my whole stay. There could be a refrigerator in the room. Even a very small one would make a big difference.

Whereas the hotel is located just beside the railway, it is really not noisy, even if your room looks to the railway. It is very easy to find and you can reach it from the airport without changing the train. Very nice and green surrounding. One step away from Kastellet, where you can make wonderfull walks with a view over the city and the sea.

Location was perfect. Across the street from the metro & train station. 1. No printer access from computers. Had to ask the staff to print travel itinerary. The staff was happy to do it, but it was an inconvenience. 2. Room was very hot. Even with radiator turned off we had to open the window which allowed noise from adjacent train tracks to enter the room.

Fine location, just 50mtr from the trainstation. Room was comforatable enough, no extra's though. Room and bathroom were clean. Unless you are a very sound sleeper, make sure you get a room on the right (means left) side of the hotel, otherwise you sleep about 5(!)mtr from the nearest (and busy) railtrack. In that case there is a permanent noise, either from passing trains or ones that are waiting to depart. No chance to open a window then. I got a room on the good side after a sleepless night.

They have bikes that you can rent. Very close to parks and train station. But you can't sleep during the night. The hotel is like part of the train station so you can hear and feel every train that arrives or leaves Osterport Train Station. So in the cheapest rooms you cannot sleep and you don't have breakfast included. So it's like sleeping under a bridge: no food, no sleep. Bad smell in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and we liked the free wifi terminals and the free tea and coffee. The breakfast buffet is very good. There was a terrible smell in the lobby for most of our trip. I think they had a problem with the drains but it was not fixed during our 5 day stay.

It's a nice Hotel to stay a night or two. Maoney for value is very good for quite expensive city like Copenhagen. Some visitors complained about the noise from the nerby rail tracks. Personally I had no problems with that.

Very friendly and helpful staff - I asked to look at some rooms and this was no problem. Breakfast is good and not a bad price for Copenhagen, nice to have free coffee and tea in reception Only thing I could comment is that this is a hotel right on the railways lines and the railways 'side' is not as noisy as advertised. Actually, if you like trains, as we do, is nice to site and watch from your hotel room. So what the complaint? Reception initially sold me a change to the 'quiet' side which proved to be a dark and more 'old fashioned' interior and with the most depressing view from the single window... Give me the railway side anytime in preference. The only time you feel the train going by is the train to Helsingør....i can live with that...

The hotel is only 20 meters from osterport station. Only 20 minutes from airport and 5/10 minutes from city center. Room was very clean and receptionist staffs were very friendly and helpfull. The proximity to the station slightly makes the noisy rooms to the passage of the numerous trains. Bearable. They had me to them 50 Euros to title of security not just arrivals in the hotel for possible damages in the room. Booking didn't point out this on the site. However they warded off euros during the check out.

Great value for money, particularly for regulars with the Nordic Choice Club. The superior rooms face away from the railway line and do not suffer the noise and vibration. The breakfast buffet comprises a wide selection of cold and hot delicacies. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Location opposite Osterport station makes it easy to reach from the airport - train (not metro). The standard rooms overlook the railway line and suffer noise and vibration but it is relatively quiet overnight and I slept well. I did complain when the radiator did not work and was offered another room. The hotel has a bar but no food other than breakfast.
