Hotel Windsor    

Staff is cooperative. I think the people of Denmark are always cooperative and nice. Location is also very nice, near to Main train station and city center is also very near.

Hotel cleaning is very poor and unhygienic. The cleaning lady clean my whole toilet with my used towel also commode and floor of toilet.

The possibillity of checking out at 12 o clock. Friendly staff. Parking. In the center.

Location. Old style hotel but rooms are pretty tight and bathroom need some renovation

We liked the central location, the facilities (WIFI, parking, special remark for the hot coffe/tea after a rainy walk, and the breakfast...). We also enjoyed the decoration of the rooms and corridors. But what we mostly appreciated is how good we slept, no noise at all and the bed was very comfortable. Also staff was correct I missed a smile sometimes but they were helpful all the time.

No wifi, too many guests in the the hotel was the front desk excuse ? Tiny room, with rattling door, you could here all the noices from outside , lousy standard, and that for 800 dkk, robbery.

A nice old hotel.Very good location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfasts, free tea and coffee in the restaurant.

Poor light in the rooms. Hotel is quite old and almost everything in it is old-fashion (except bathroom facilities in rooms), so you should probably take this into account planning your visit with, say, you wife who might dislike this.

Clean, quiet, well decorated, centrly located. easy achived by car, good parking at nearby. recommended.

Good internet, good location close to everything in Odense, nicely old-fashioned room furnishings, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. They provided an iron on request. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.

A pleasant hotel with helpful staff. We met no problems. We had an excellent breakfast at an inclusive price (ie b&b), unlike some Odense hotels we found on the internet that charged extra for breakfast.

There is no restaurant - only breakfast is provided.

The sheets, pillow, mattress was the best i've slept in for some time. When you travel a lot it really makes a difference.

It was a tad basic but was perfect for what I needed.

We enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet!

The room was filled with furniture - less would be more. The extra roll-away bed I found very uncomfortable.

Great afternoon reception with pastries and fruits!

We liked the central location, we also enjoyed the afternoon coffe and cake they served for free. Free internet.

It was good service to give all hotel guests free coffee or tea. And some fruites and cakes from 3 pm to 6 pm was also free. It was very good service for us !! Location was very good. It takes around 5 minutes to the center.

It was good there was a shower curtain in the bathroom. But it was too short. It was no meaning because I have to be careful that the warter put out from bath-tub.

Roligt hotel, imødekommende personale, pæn indretning, dejlig morgenmad. Det var især rart, at når vi kom tilbage efter sightseeing, at kunne sidde og slappe lidt af med kaffe/the/kage fra den fri buffet i morgenmadssalonen. Vi har faktisk ikke et eneste minus, bortset fra at min mand godt kunne tænke sig fælles faciliteter for rygere, så han ikke skulle stå på gaden og ryge.

Smilende, imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Fine værelser. Et rigtig hyggeligt hotel, hvor man føler sig velkommen fra det øjeblik man træder ind. Dejligt med muligheden for gratis kaffe hele dagen, samt kage og chips. Dejlig morgenbuffet med stort set alt man kunne ønske sig. Vi kan kun varmt anbefale hotellet.

Absolut intet!

Beliggendehedden er super og fællesområder hyggelige med atmosfære.

På værelset var der ingen skabe eller knager, så kunne ikke hænge sin jakke eller kjole. Baeværelset lugtede af kloak og der manglede håndklæder. Personalets service og engament var ringe.
