No room service Single duvet on a double bed

Relaxed atmosphere.

The shower in our room was not working properly, the cold water tap came off in my hand and only hot water came out. This was very inconvenient as we were getting ready for a party and wanted to relax in our room. We were offered and accepted a change of room, but had no time to relax!

Beautifull environment

Proximity to Kopenhagen: Kopenhagen can be reached via train from Holte station within 25 minutes. Surroundings: lake and nearby castle in Holte are beautiful and easy to reach - perfect for walking and biking. Very calm/quiet.

The rooms were quite small - however in view of the extreme prices in Kopenhagen this appears to be the best deal for a hotel close to Kopenhagen surrounded by nature.

Looked like a nice hotel outside but the rooms in the other building were horrible. Luckily the price was not expensive.

The room was old, no air condition, really hot. The receptionist did not tell theres another parking lot for that building so we had to carry 8 bags even we had a car with us. The bath room had a weird smell. The price wasnt bad but the site did not show that the room would be an old one. We thought its like the rest.The room should have been in the main building, there was no mention it will be in the another one.

I stayed at the hotel for about 5 hours - it was meant to be a place to catch a bit of sleep near the place I was going and for that purpose it was absolutely brilliant. Nice and clean and good value for money but no frills - if you are looking for luxury or business hotel this is not the one.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and comfy. The staff is very friendly, rooms spacious and well equiped.

Value for money

Welcome was professional and efficient. Food and service in the restaurant was likewise, and very competent.

That on Sunday morning, there were fire-engines, even if there was a false alarm.

Jeg er meget skuffet over den service der blev ydet fra natrecepsionisten, vi kom meget sultne tilbage fra byen og havde valgt og få natmad på værelset da vi så der blev reklameret med diverse sandwich såvel kold som varmt. Men desværre var der ikke andet en en ubehøvlet natrecepsionist der ikke kunne byde på andet ind en pakke Bornholmske rugkigs og 3 halvvisne æbæler meget skuffende kl 00.15 om aftenen. Da jeg skulle tjekke ud lørdag formiddag stod jeg I kø I 3 kvarter for og få afregnet selv om jeg havde booket værelse med dankortoplysninger via nettet. Både jeg og min kone arbejder indenfor restaurationsbranchen igennem 35 år og ved godt hvordan man kan yde " bare en lille smule" service.

Fred & ro.- Gode P-muligheder - Min kone og jeg har nu været på hotellet tre gange og har hver gang været meget tilfreds - værelserne er ok - og personalet er venlige og dygtige.
