El proxim viatge que fem a Copenhagen torna-rem agafar el mateix hotel. Els cambrers unes excelents persones i els serveis tan com el desdejuny i el sopar sense comentaris.....un sobresalient!!!!!! |

Very central location. Good breakfast and supper included in the price. The "economy double room" was small even for single occupancy. In my opinion, it would not be big enough for most couples. There were also numerous minor irritations, like no hook in the room for hanging wet coats, and the dining area was too small for the number of guests. |

I stay in Copenhagen on a regular basis, and as I could not get a reservation at one on my normal hotels, stayed here. I will not be staying again. I was initially given an incredibly small room, but when I complained to reception, they said that all of their rooms were small. When I spoke with the manager, they eventually upgraded me to a "room containing ironing facilities," (something I was shocked required an upgrade in the first place), which was marginally larger. However, this was right next to the town hall bell, which rings every 15 minutes until midnight and starts again art 6am. Overall, the facilities were not great!! No room service, no mini bar, no air conditioning, no iron in standard rooms, no toiletries provided. Not what I would rate as 4 star at all. very overpriced given the facilities. |

The light meal they provided at dinner time. The room was really tiny: they seem to sell a room fit for single occupancy for double. Altogether, the hotel was more like a youth hostel at a four-star price. |

Sets adjacent to City Hall. Super modern in all respects. Created from 3 old buildings. They provide a "light supper" free of charge, served in their special wine bar.Also, a tasty breakfast. They attempted to place me in a lesser room than I had reserved, but corrected it after I called it to their attention. |

Good location. and nice dj Too loud music until 2 am from own hotel lounge. A lot of stains in the shower. Rooms are a bit too small. Only 1 receptionist during check-out, who is also answering the phone at the same time, is not enough for such a big hotel. |

Helpful and nice reception-staff. Very good breakfast. Location of hotel is ideal if you are looking for shops and restaurants in the city. Also for visiting the "Tivoli" and the "Glypotec" museum. The Löngangsstraede is not a busy street. No air condition |

Good location, No air condition in the room. Breakfast is served between 6.30 to 9.30 in a very small buffet, resulting to long waiting time. Small room (although superior), poor parking facilities. |

This hotel is just in the center of the city.It is nice location to go to sightseeing in Copenhagen city center. I think the hotel staffs were too snob and not so polite.The shower room was not cleaned up very well and was so slippery. |

Great location and the evening buffet which was available made the hotel very good value. No. The one thing we noticed was that the daily room cleaning was very brief and therefore not very thorough. |

Simple, functional and straight forward. Very very central Cleaning is clearly a rushed job. Not a dirty hotel but can be better. Breakfast is a rat race. The breakface space is too limited for the number of people and the tables are not cleared and cleaned quick enough for next patrons to sit. Rooms are too small |

The location is perfect and the facilities (design)/breakfast are really great. The staff did not seem motivated/very helpful. TV and phone were not working. |

We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel 27, location was excellent, food good although a little crowded at breakfast time! Evening buffet was enough to keep you going as the prices in the city are high! It was lovely having coffee,cakes and fruit available free all day.Ten minutes walk into city centre and lovely to relax in the pleasant courtyard after a hard days sightseeing! We would recommend it despite the contrary remarks from other visitors. |
