Designed well. This is a lively hotel. Systemic fault with the ventilation system resulted in the room sounding like an aircraft about to take off. The staff was kind enough to provide me with earplugs |

Big comfy rooms, excellent showers. Great breakfasts and dinners. Hot chocolates all day. Casual, friendly, yet professional approach by staff Daily cleaning of the room below standard for class of hotel. Beds not made, just douvet placed back on bed. Toilet/shower not cleaned. Sheets not changed despite a 4 night stay. Very disappointing as rest of stay was fabulous |

central location room too small, bed very small for a double. Noisey as out on to the courtyard and very morning bar delivery made alot of noise around 5am. no proper towels or bathroom accessories. hugely overpriced. We arrived at 11pm and not able even to get a sandwich to the room. No iron, had to go to other building up 3 flights of stairs to iron my own shirt. |

Very central in Copenhagen and close to public transport and land marks.Quiet when City Hall Bells stop chiming at midnight. Room extremely small. I have never experienced such a small hotel room before. Wardrobe so small that one cannot hang all one's clothes in it. Room so narrow that one cannot watch the wall mounted TV that does not show any English Language channels (Sky News, CNN) |

It´s near the City Hall, Tivoli and many shopping streets They offer a double room, the smallest i have seen in my life. They only warn about the bed size, but they don´t say a word about the size of the room!!!! |

I liked the breakfast and the complimentary buffet dinner. I did not like the fact that though I booked a double room ("moderate") it looked very much as a single room...you hardly had space to move in that room...which was finally too pricy for what it offered. Moreover, we had to ask one more towel, as there was only one...and one more blanket, as the blanket that they provided was just for one person! |

It was convenient to downtown. The breakfast and evening buffet was great, saved us a lot of money. There was hair on the floors and in the shower that makes me think that it was not as clean as it should have been. |

Location and breakfast Some bright red cupboards and a bathroom door that doesn't fit isn't funky, it is cheap. |

Room was small but beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and also teaser supper was very nice. Fortunately I travelled during autumn as the noices from outside bartables was horrible. In the summertime probably impossible to sleep at all. |

Breakfast was good, the coffee machine in the reception for "all day" coffee was excellent, the evening buffet was just ok. The reception area was tiny and only ever had one receptionist (the receptionist was always friendly though!), you would often have to wait a long time to get seen. The standard size bedroom was tiny. The room is advertised has having an in room coffee maker, I was excited about this until I saw that it was actually a kettle and four earl grey teabags. The big rug in the coffee area is absolutely filthy - not really 4 star more a 3. |

Nice location near city hall. Good breakfast and complimentary evening buffet. Rooms were small but updated and comfortable. Elevator did not appear to be reliable, it stopped between floors a few times. |

The location was superb. We could walk from the train station plus it was convenient for tour buses and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were fabulous. Very good food and lots of it. We were impressed. Noise level at times was high. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was small but adequate. There was no services directory in the room so it was difficult to know what hotel services were available. Your site indicated that bicycles were available for hire from the hotel. This was not the case and the bicycle hire from the train station closes at 13:00 on Saturday. I was there for the weekend only. |

Supper and breakfast was included although it was not a great gourmet experience. It was, however, healthy and enough. The location was very central and convenient. |

Design was wonderful; beds very comfortable; breakfast excellent; evening snack more a dinner, no need to eat out; Ice Bar worth a visit; may seem a little austere in daylight but in the evening the hotel comes alive with lighting. Location was perfect for tour hop on tour bus and Tivoli Garden, and shopping street. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, a real bargain. |

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, nice bars, breakfast area very relaxing, Ice Bar good fun, over all good atmosphere, very helpful reception staff. Breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not overly helpful when it came to things like orange juice running out and not enough breakfast bowls being available. Tap in basin in bathroom - difficult to control! Pillows not very comfortable. |

Breakfast & evening buffet was delicious! There could be a bigger seating area for having breakfast though. We booked a double room with twin beds (Superior). We were first given a tiny room with a double bed, which looked nothing like the photo on the description of the room. When we complained, the sourpuss at the reception told me I made a mistake by booking a double room (!?). At the end we got a nice room with twin beds. The room was on the first floor and surpricingly the traffic wasn't at all as bad as we first thought. |
