Booked a double bedroom and got a closet!! 300€ two nights for a 120cm bed for two people. The personal in the morning clean off your table when you refill at the buffet and of course some other customers take your sits. A church around the corner is ringing every 15 minutes!!! night included !! |

Most positive was the lavish breakfast buffet, the fine shower in the room, the fantastic beds and, more generally, the great value we got for relatively little money. The fact that we could not escape the irritating soft jazz and fusion horror anywhere: in the breakfast room, the bar, even in the elevator we were constantly tormented by a type of music which seems to have no other function than to torment people. I'm probably extremely sensitive to his, and I must admit that the music does not affect my generally positive perception of your hotel. |

Dinner and Breakfest was good, location excellent. the rooms were tiny, when we checked in despite booking a room with a king bed we were given a 2 single beds, after lugguing our bags back downstrairs ...(there is no poters in this hotel on a single receptionest) we were given another room single bed but even smaller than the first. You had to step outside the room to think! !!!!!! |

The hotel was well located, the breakfast choices were really good as was the dinner. The staff were helpful. The design of the room we had was clever. Better on paper than in reality. It was too tight to be comfortable, especially for two people. The noise from the outside Ice Bar, at night was annoying. |

Great position. Food high quality. Excellent shower. Beautiful design of fitments. Cupboards were not deep enough to use the shelves for clothes, therefore could not unpack suitcase. It would be nice to change the towels more than once a day. |

Danish minimalist look. Laid back atmophere. Evening buffet included in price as Copenhagen is so expensive. The bells which tolled every quarter hour till midnight. Would be useful to have a notice in room telling us when they stop so we could go to sleep in peace! |

Convinient location near the city center and not far rom the central train station. Also the evening free buffet was a big hit. My room classified as a "moderate small double" was fitted with the smallest bed my wife and I had ever slept in. Also there was very limited space for clothes. The hanger area was only about six inches deep |

Very clean rooms with adequate storage for a few nights. The dinner and breakfast were a added value and quite tasty. Location was great for seeing some of Copenhagen. Will stay again and refer. European elevators are small but I used only to transport luggage. Steps were close by and manageable. |

Great central location. The hotel was certainly more noisy than I expected at night. My room faced the courtyard that had multiple parties going on from brunch on during the weekend and every night of the week. |

Very good location - Copenhagen city center, yet a quiet side street. Reasonably good dinner buffet included in the price - saves time and money. Very appropriate for a short 1 - 2 nights stay. Our room was very small, barely fitting the double bed and a small closet. Dining area small and crowded too, not enough sitting room to accommodate guests during breakfast and dinner buffets. |

The breakfast buffet was very nice and very extensive - hot & cold choices- bacon and eggs, cereals yogurt rolls cheese & meat and juice coffee and tea - the breakfast room was always busy- good deal. It was nice to have the evening buffet - food in Copenhagen is very expensive- Drinks are extra. The double room - okay for 2 & bathroom was neat- slate shower with glass enclosure. Safety was an issue because of the room situation not the location of the hotel- another room might have been fine- our room window opened to fire escape( window was size of a door- big enough to simply step directly in to our room - did not feel safe and room was too warm and airless to keep window shut. |
