I liked the room. It was big and light

The bed was to soft and the blinds should have been better. When showering long time the drain did not manage to get the water a way so the floor got flooded

Nice design of bar and Lobby. Good breakfast choice.

Room was very small. The breakfast room is much too small for the nr. of guests which made me stressed to "fight" for a table. We stayed 3 nights and this was every day. Long waiting line when checking out.

Dirty bathroom, black strains Down the Wall and no cold water in sink so washed hands and face in shower as The crane was broken

It is very hard to beat the location; the hotel was modern and trendy with a professional staff; excellent breakfast with many options

Location was great in the heart of Copenhagen.

The rooms are too small !!!! (cramped rooms,does not give a good feeling). Like the worst small rooms in Rome. They took the Roman model and applied it here. Not good. No gym or sauna facility, is bad !

The single room was about 8 sq.m. with a tiny bed - 90 sm wide and a tiny bathroom. I've never seen anything like this in any 4 star place anywhere in the world. The was no carpet on the floor, the built-in furniture was done in red plastic and what was looking like "modern Scandinavian design' on a web-site in reality looked very poor and uncomfortable. When I took a shower, I discovered water all over the floor as there was no sealing between the shower door and the rest of the bathroom. So, the all impression of this place is that it absolutely doesn't cost $200 a night. I stayed for one night, canceled my reservation and moved to the Hotel du Nord nearby, which was 3 star place but far more comfortable and cosy, with rooms, beds and bathrooms twice bigger then in the First Hotel Twentyseven.

The location was excellent, and breakfast was delicious!

The warm water didn't wor´k, but was solved in a proper way. The breakfast is ver very busy...

Very good design, lovely spaces, excellent-looking bar...

No sound-proofing: woke up on a sunday morning at 9:00 by loud bass music coming from... Somewhere. Corridor noise form housekeeping also too loud.

Although the room was quite small it had everything I needed. It was not high luxury but quite adequate: clean and comfortable. Nice shower.

Fittings were a bit 'utilitarian' but otherwise ok.

Nice room, great location (10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk to city centre).

I stayed for 2 nights, 1 night very calm, 2nd night quite some noise from the central yard were people were talking.

Great location, good sense of style, very reasonably priced, comfortable, friendly staff.

No on site gym or exercise facilities.
