Location close to the main attractions. Evening buffet rather OK if you are not really hungry. Drinks you have to pay separately. Perhaps the staff tries to me more trendy than they are in nature. ---Customer service is a little bit unpolite (as in Denmark in generally seems to be). Also music from the bar can be heard in most of the rooms up to 5th floor. Definitively not a place to overnight with small childrens. |

Location is great. Walking distance to the tour buses. Room was so small, we had trouble fitting 2 suitcases (large). Don't stay here if you need sleep! The courtyard facing the rooms is used by the bar, which was open until 2-3am and can be heard from the rooms. Very frustrating since we had just gotten off of an all nighter. The charge to get into the ice bar is $64. Evening appetizers and breakfast is good. Don't expect American food. |

The location was perfect, the breakfast and evening buffets were outstanding. The room was small (as we expected), however the design was quite stark. |

We liked the helpfulness and friendless of the staff, the buffet and the breakfast. The location was also good. The closets had an awful smell inside in both the rooms we had and therefore we did not want to hang our clothes up in them. |

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the ambience of the hotel was relaxing. The rooms overlooking the courtyard were subjected to 'party' goers(early 20's) until 4am on the Sat night and 2am Sun night. The evening buffet is not what I call a substantial meal. Also, the buffet and restaurant floor was not cleaned daily!. |

Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the evening buffet a nice bonus. It might be a bit noisy in the night, especially if your room window is to the courtyard. |
