The location and The staff. Vero good approach from The Staff.
A bit too small elevators.
An awesome staff. The room was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable with many options. Fairly close to everything.
It was a bit difficult to find but once we did, it was worth it.
Great bar area with DJ. Music could not be heard in the room.
I really enjoyed staying there. Stuff was very friendly, location -excellent, nice courtyard terrace and spacious room with enormously wide bed! A tray with complimentary water, candies and snacks have added to already high satisfaction! :)
The staff Inner people drinking till the early hours Nightclub on the ground floor Warn out beds and mattress
Friendly helpful Bar staff
The hotel is located between two very loud nightclubs that operate from 10pm - 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. Also the hotel doubles as a night club until 2am. The curtains do not fit the windows and you can not turn off the bathroom extractor which wouldn't be too bad if there were doors on the bathroom but instead there's a hinged partition door that doesn't really close! Great hotel if you plan to go drinking and clubbing but no good for anything else. Avoid if you like sleep !
I made a booking 3 months ahead. A week before our arrival I had the reservation confirmed by the hotel too. I booked double room. On our arrival we were told no double rooms were available and we ended up staying in two very small single rooms far away from each other. Unacceptable
The location was good. Room and wifi was practical so was a pleasant stay
The elevators and room lobby looked very primitive - need upgrade/renovation immediately
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
funky decor. helpful and friendly staff very nice breakfast
the standard double room i had was tiny. was cramped even for one person.
The outside space for drinks Location Staff
Looks a little worn Seems a little expensive for what it was
-Location. It's walking distance to everything in central Copenhagen.
-Rooms are small. -Poor quality of sleep due to general noise from bars around the location.
good location - cleanliness - good breakfast buffet
not so many places to put belongings, wardrobe too small - bathroom too small in particular to put toilet bag and other things
Level of service
The Tivoli Gardens, also a great hop on and off canal boat ride toss many places.
Not having enough time to explore more, so i need to visit again
Overall a good stay. Great location, and bike rental at the reception a good way to see the city when you are there there for a weekend
Somtimes a bit noisy in the evening when other visitors are at the bar in the middle section (when window closed almost gone)
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great.
The breakfast room was too small to accommodate all guests
Acceptable hotel Great staff Breakfast was quite good
Be aware the nearby clock tower chimes from 8am until midnight every 15 minutes every day Bars out the front = people leaving noisily late at night
The staff, especially Sarah ( and the team at breakfast) was exceptional. Great to see Gabi at the front desk. Her friendliness, warmth and smile helped make my stay at hotel kong Frederick memorable in March 2013. Mads and the Swedish man at the desk were always ready to help, thoughtful and made my stay. Missed having a fridge, the coffee machine from kong Frederick. Plus the free beers was so so awesome. Loved breakfast. Had something for everyone. Thanks again. Do you have a frequent guest program?
Great location, excellent staff
No air conditioning in the summer, even in Denmark, unacceptable
Excellent central location, helpful staff. Wonderful fresh bread every morning at breakfast.
Matress in double room somewhat too soft for two people, cramped bathroom.
Location - loved the beds, super comfortable. Will stay here again if I am in Copenhagen.
Love the free snacks but then they didn't refill the coffee and tea!
The location and the chick concept.
TINY rooms for the rates. Sometimes I would leave the room for 8 hours in the morning and when back the room had not been made up. WiFi reach could be improved.
Good location, ok room. Bathroom was nice
Missing air condition. Hotel on a street where many drunk people seem to pass all through the night so you're left with the choice of having fresh air and hear all the noise, or sleeping in a sauna.
