The cleaning staff should do their job more accurately. The real noise (basses) is coming from the bar or the club into the room, you feel like in the middle of disco floor.
Very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was yummy. Excellent location of the hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff.
Our room was a bit shabby. Paintjob of walls would fresh it up. Rooms could also be cleaner (floor). Stains and spots were around the shower room.
the location, the design, the view, the breakfast
the bathroom was a bit cold and there were not many amenities. the smell of the paint while renovating the rooms next to ours
Comfy bed, spacious room.
The wooden floor which make lots of noise.
Location. Design. Staff.
Room was smaller than a grave over looking the noisy lounge/bar. Sheets/curtains were stained. No ammenities were provided aside from towels and soap. There was no ac and the heater pipes radiated heatness despite the moderately warm weather.
Location. Room was nice and fully functional.
Staff didn't restock tissue and toilet paper one day.
Very convenient location in the city center.
Location is good. Friendly staff.
If you are sensisitve to noise I recommend another hotel. Rooms are poorly isolated so from the room I had you will here noise from the street, ringing churchbells and your neighbor.
Room design Wi-fi connectivity Central LOCATION
Very noisy on a Saturday night Paying additional 35DKR per capuccino at breakfast
The location and The staff. Vero good approach from The Staff.
A bit too small elevators.
Staff was good
The room was small Lift looked very old Very few TV channels other than pay TV
Noisy. Our window backed onto the bar. Noise and smoke til very late. Forgot our wake up call
An awesome staff. The room was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable with many options. Fairly close to everything.
It was a bit difficult to find but once we did, it was worth it.
Great bar area with DJ. Music could not be heard in the room.
I really enjoyed staying there. Stuff was very friendly, location -excellent, nice courtyard terrace and spacious room with enormously wide bed! A tray with complimentary water, candies and snacks have added to already high satisfaction! :)
The location is perfect to explore the city. The courtyard is nice for a drink and to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.
The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are even so small that you hardly can turn around. Unfortunately we (a group of friends) had a very bad experience in this hotel. On our last day the handbag of one of us got stolen from the breakfast room. The staff did regret the incident but wasn't very helpful. Luckily we were group so we could help our friend, otherwise she would have been left alone without any money, phone and passport.
The staff Inner people drinking till the early hours Nightclub on the ground floor Warn out beds and mattress
Friendly helpful Bar staff
The hotel is located between two very loud nightclubs that operate from 10pm - 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. Also the hotel doubles as a night club until 2am. The curtains do not fit the windows and you can not turn off the bathroom extractor which wouldn't be too bad if there were doors on the bathroom but instead there's a hinged partition door that doesn't really close! Great hotel if you plan to go drinking and clubbing but no good for anything else. Avoid if you like sleep !
I made a booking 3 months ahead. A week before our arrival I had the reservation confirmed by the hotel too. I booked double room. On our arrival we were told no double rooms were available and we ended up staying in two very small single rooms far away from each other. Unacceptable
The location was good. Room and wifi was practical so was a pleasant stay
The elevators and room lobby looked very primitive - need upgrade/renovation immediately
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
funky decor. helpful and friendly staff very nice breakfast
the standard double room i had was tiny. was cramped even for one person.
The outside space for drinks Location Staff
Looks a little worn Seems a little expensive for what it was
-Location. It's walking distance to everything in central Copenhagen.
-Rooms are small. -Poor quality of sleep due to general noise from bars around the location.
