駅からも近く、場所もわかりやすく買い物の中心街からも近いので買い物途中に荷物が増えたら置きに戻ること- も容易にできました。また食事も期待以上にしっかりしていて夕食も外食が必要ないほど満足できました。コペ- ンは物価が高いので非常に助かりました。食事を取る空間も素敵でゆったりと過すことができます。食事時以外- にも自由にコーヒー・紅茶をいただけるのもとてもいいサービスだと思います。wifiも良好でした。部屋も- シンプルながら機能的にできていて、狭いという意見が欧米の方から多かった印象がありましたが、小柄な日本- 人であれば問題ないのでは？料金・サービス・立地条件・雰囲気をトータルでみると大満足でこのホテルにして- 良かったと思います。

フロント担当者についてですが、いい対応をしてくれた方もいましたが、人によっては態度の悪い方もいました- 。

ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋は清潔。朝食もおいしくロケーションも市役所すぐと最高でした。バリュ- ーフォーコストは最高ですね。

こじんまりとまとまっていて、部屋はゴージャスではないが大変機能的であり、ビジネスで使うのに最適。朝食- のボリュームも十分で、一日の活動を始めるにあたってのエネルギー補給に大変助かった。

備え付けの液体石鹸は泡切れが今ひとつ。固形石鹸がほしかった(北欧では一般的ではないのかもしれないが)- 。

国際オリンピック委員会のオフィシャルホテルではなかったが、各国のマスコミが宿泊しており、情報交換がで- きた。

バーのようなフロントで、入り口も分かりにくかった。

インターネットのLAN線が使用できるとうれしいです。（使用不可）

チェックインカウンターがいつも混んでいた。

Simple, functional and straight forward. Very very central

Cleaning is clearly a rushed job. Not a dirty hotel but can be better. Breakfast is a rat race. The breakface space is too limited for the number of people and the tables are not cleared and cleaned quick enough for next patrons to sit. Rooms are too small

good price for the location, I would rate 7.5

We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel 27, location was excellent, food good although a little crowded at breakfast time! Evening buffet was enough to keep you going as the prices in the city are high! It was lovely having coffee,cakes and fruit available free all day.Ten minutes walk into city centre and lovely to relax in the pleasant courtyard after a hard days sightseeing! We would recommend it despite the contrary remarks from other visitors.

Nice lobby. I liked the decoration. Evening buffet is a good service. Staf was helpfull.

Economy rooms are very small. Not for everyone. Reception could not find our reservation. If the hotel were full we would have left without accomodation.

Too small room. Very poor interior of the room. The evening buffet is too poor.

Location is perfect, few minutes walk from Stroget the main pedestrian area. Breakfast is nice. Complimentary dinner buffet is nice but it is rather a snack. I asked for a room with balcony and view and got a room on the 5th floor.

The atmosphere of the hotel is like a dormitory or a youth hostel and it feels like little bit dirty and sleazy except the restaurant. The single room was tiny it is like a teenage home room. The bathroom same size without the toilettries should be displayed in a 4 star hotel.There is only a sign that you can ask them at the reception. The furniture has a very cheap look. I was happy that I found a coffee maker in the room but it was out of order as the automatic coffee maschine at the corridor as well. There is a disco in the next building so on Friday and Saturday night you can hear the concerts from 10PM and smoking people's discussions from the street. I would recommend this hotel for someone who comes up to Coopenhagen to go out.
