I liked the location.

The room was very small and basic, needed to be redecorated, paint was crumbling and grouting dirty in the bathroom. The remote control for the tv didn't work at first and I ran out of toilet roll in the bathroom.

Room was quite small and a bit spartan It was noisy

The location of the hotel is amazing, takes only a minute to reach Strøget and other amazing locations like Tivoli, City Hall Square and the Central Train Station.

The rooms are a bit small, smaller than I would have thought for a 4 star hotel, also there were little accomodations in the rooms themselves apart from the standard desk, chair and TV. The reception is also very small so if medium sized or large groups are arriving to check into the hotel, it gets very crowded.

The flexibility and kindness of the personnel was impressive: As I had a cold they offered us 2 single rooms for the same rate as our originally booked double room.

Good location Ice Bar right next door was a novelty

Breakfast was a very cramped affair and there wasnt a lot of choice If you came for breakfast after 8 you would have diffs getting seated in the restaurant

Excellent location, ambient facilities, friendly, forthcoming staff for a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Great hotel,great location,i stayed in room 64,incredibly looud in the morning,everybody with a suitcase went down the metal ramp and across the cobble stones,literally felt like a constant parade.Impossible to get back to sleep from 9 am,otherwise good place

Reception areas were very modern

Doubt it would achieve the 4star rating it claims to have if it were in the uk. Lots of scuffed paint& rooms small. Needed a bit more attention to detail

Breakfast was good

The smallest room possible - not suitable for people with any sort of claustrophobia.

I enjoyed the excellent location, its exquisite, simple design (very Danish), excellent buffet and very friendly people!

The elevator was sometimes a little weird, it would stop for no reason (they told me I was probably too close to the door, but I do not think so...).

Clean and charming hotell to stay at with great location. You can walk everywhere from here: the shopping street, Tivoli, most of the sights. I'd choose this hotel again.

Breakfast and dinner buffet are no longer provided. Or they are but with separate cost - when we booked our stay they were still included in the room rates. At first we were told (friendly though) that we should pay for the breakfast but having shown them our booking confirmation they of course agreed us to join. The rooms are on the small side, but who spends their holiday inside a hotell room anyways ;) If you have a LOT of luggage this may not be the place for you though.
