Room was spacious and clean. Lobby is welcoming and spacious. Welcome of the staff at reception was quite cold and impersonal. In my comments I asked for a water view room, if possible, but got a street side room. The window in my room was quite small, room a bit dark. |

our room was facing the seaside, and it was a wonderful wiew to wake up to in the morning. Nice and quiet - and perfect location close to Nyhavn:) |

Location excellent, get sea view if possible. Very service minded staff. Rooms are small but adequate and nicely furnished. |

I like the fact that the Admiral Hotel is centrally located in the shipping centre of Copenhagen and that you can almost always count on meeting shipping contacts there. |

Fore one nigth I just need to relax and have soem food - I did so on salt restaurant. Fair to noice in room 124 from the staff. There is a small house out side and some working place there and the door on this house was slamming very nociey. I could not have a nap in the middiel of the day. Also in the nigth staff was smoking and taking very noice besaid ethis house in smoking free time. |

Nice and very spacious room (seems we were upgraded without asking or paying) with good quality furniture and excellent bathroom. Perfect location for a weekend in Copenhagen - and certainly good value for money! Nice double bed - but it would be even better, if the two single mattresses had been a double mattress |

The hotel is in an historical amazing building. I was really surprised about the design and the incredible atmosphere of being out of the present time. Our room was a duplex one, extremely romantic and with a nice view. Although the breakfast was excelent, the restaurant is not able to attend so many guests (the hotel is a big one!). If you want to have the breakfast at the hotel, do it before 9. After this, you have to stay in a long line, waiting for a place. The same occured when we decided to have dinner. At 7h30 pm, the restaurant did not have any available table, even to book. |

The beds are very comfortable with a good view. Bathroom standard is fair in comparison to the bedroom. Ther was no hot water one of the mornings during our 5 night stay. |

Lovely converted warehouse and spacious rooms room smelt of smoke and no non smoking room was ever offered - which for that class of hotel should have been ...hiccup with hot water supply one day |

A very nice ambiance, all built with bricks and big wood beams, excellent location (5 minutes walk from the city center), rooms on the sea side have a very nice view, kind staff, excellent breakfast (even if a bit expensive 153DK) The choice on the menu at the restaurant is really limited and quite expensive, even if food is good. |

Helpful staff. Proximity to Nyhavn. Very expensive - clearly not helped by the current Pound/Euro exchange rate. notwithstanding that, room very small and not considered good value for money. |

What a fabulous atmospheric hotel and location from the lobby to the corridors and the wonderful rooms. The bike hire facility was really appreciated and so well organised. |

The atmosphere at the hotel with the typical maritime environment. Rooms are not like every other hotel. Nice situated by the sea with the Copenhagen Opera House as a neighbour. |

Virtually everything ... courteous & helpful staff, comfort, location, architecture, interior design, atmosphere, ambience ... the lot !!!!! In fact the few things we found worthy of mentioning were not really complaints, but suggestions, so that our favourite hotel might be even more perfect ! Lighting in corridors rather dim & potentially dangerous for older clients, due to uneven floor surfaces (also at reception desk, daylight from large windows, causes one's own shadow to cancel out rather subdued lighting at desk). Text on hotel documents too pale & difficult to read. Baths should have non-slip surface. Room Service (during our brief stay) was non-existent. No food at all available when we returned from Opera House at 22.50. :- "we're sold out of everything" we were told !!!!! Restaurant staff less courteous than their colleagues and charged us for one breakfast that we never had ! Still ... "Admiral" is a wonderful hotel, our favourite hotel in our favourite city and we can't wait to return there. We'll be back |

I stayed with my aunt 86 years old and my cousin 64 years old.We were pleased with this hotel.We could stay cheerfully last night in north Europe.Becouse of the charges are same both single room and twin room,I offered to change from single room to twin room.The receptionist complyed with my reqest. The appearance and interior design of this hotel are beautiful and comfortable. |
