we love where the hotel i situated opposite the opera and next to the queens castle, the wiev from over room looking towards the opera house was fantastic. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were delightful. The standard of the room was perfect. walking distance to Nyhavn and nice shopping. Had a nice long run along the sea in the morning. Wonderful. We will make this our hotel in Copenhagen. |

Everything is so expensive in Copenhagen, but we got a pretty good price on this hotel. We even had a view of the harbor! Great location, too. The $36 breakfast!! |

the decor and cleanliness of the hotel was fabulous, and the location was great. the room i stayed in had no air conditioning, i stayed there on a very humid night and found sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. |

Extremley good location and a very comfortable hotel to stay at.Very pleasent cafe / bar on the quayside (I had very good weather when staying there so this was an advantage) Expensive parking but that is the same for all of Copenhagen (they do not like cars in the city I think) Breakfast also expensive but not compulsory so you can always find an alternative close by. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff; comfort; proximity to tour bus routes and to canal tours; architecture and decor of the hotel Only that the price for breakfast was high. It was very good, however at other hotels of this caliber and price breakfast is included. |

Great location. Loved the outside terrace by the water. Staff very friendly. Uniqueness of the hotel. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Good atmosphere. Positioning of the wardrobes in the bedroom was unusual and made getting into the room difficult. No flannel in the bathrooms. The hotel's laundry cages seemed to be stored on our floor inbetween the arches - which seemed odd. Hairdryers could have been much better. |

The location to downtown, the palace and shopping was great. The view of the canal and opera house from our room was stunning. The food was wonderful especially the breakfast. |

The menu - both room service and breakfast. The room service was prompt and polite. In the first place we were wrongfully charged for items that we had simply removed from the mini bar - not consumed. Then, after us having paid the bill, the staff immediately LOCKED the mini bar preventing us from removing our own items from it. We were so disgusted with this suspicious behavior that we simply left, never to return. |

It is very close to the quay and also close enough to the city to walk or take a bus or metro. It is run very efficiently. As I left at 0600 on my last morning I didn't have time to say to the management that the drains smelt in the bathroom. The service in the dining-room was slow, I felt. |
