This is a pretty good location if you want to be outside of the more touristy downtown area, but close enough to walk there easily. It's also set back nicely in a courtyard from the main street it's on. The staff was friendly and all spoke very good English. The breakfast spread was decent (not elaborate, but fine), and the 5th floor dining area is nice enough. Also eating out costs a fortune in CPH, so I strongly suggest trying the hotel breakfast! The hallways and room (mine at least) could definitely use a renovation (bathroom was fine), and there were signs "excusing their appearance" as they are apparently working on renovating things right now. Bed wasn't so great either, but not terrible. As for value, it's just an expensive city so it's hard to compare without having stayed anywhere else. If you don't mind a simple place to sleep it will be okay – if you like your hotels fancy and new, maybe wait until they renovate. |

We were not pleased with the hotel. It was hot, smelly, dirty, noisy, inconvenient (steps with suitcases etc.) It seemed to be a fire hazard. We could see no way to get out if there were to be a fire. |

Friendly staff Hot rooms: difficult to regulate heat in the room, tiny and noisy rooms, too far from city centre |

The hotel is situated very centrally compared to Tivioli and the main pedestrian street of Copenhagen. Breakfast is good and the staff there is ensuring a filled buffet all the time despite of many guests at the same time. We had a familiy room with a third bed - but that extra bed is not for very large people people - it works however with smaller children. It would be a good idea to prepare some coffee in advance as the coffeemachine is very slow and at times with many people at breakfast there is quite some waiting time. |

The staff were excellent. My wife was taken ill and they couldn't have been more helpful. We would have liked a comfortable chair in the bedroom |

Good situation, convenient for walking into town and for Tivoli Gardens. reaonable price for expensive city. Needs more hooks in bathroom and a stool to sit on, nowhere to hang your clothes. |

The hotel is very central - with in walking distance of the all important Central Station. It is an older hotel but clean and the people most pleasant. The breakfast was very satisfying. I would recommend- great price for Copenhagen |

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Cleanliness and lack of basics to be named hotel. This is not a 3 stars, not even one. |

Safe, affordable, centrally located, this was a fine start for our trip. The street was quiet so we were able to sleep off our jet lag. The hotel was well positioned for us to get familiar with Copenhagen quickly and not "waste" a day of our vacation getting around. A little "tired". It could use some sprucing up. |

Location is excellent, rooms are nice, breakfast was good and nicely served, quite. I would prefer having free coffee at the hotel or in the rooms as some of the hotels have these days. |

Made a cheap impression due to old and worn out furnishings. They did not even provide a hair-dryer in the bathrooms. |

The location was good, very close to the central station and city centre. Internet is available for guests in the lobby. Spiderwebs in the hotel room. No tea/coffee making facilities and no minibar in the room. Soap container on the wall of the shower room did not work. |
