удобное расположение относительно центра города, пешеходная досигаемость от жд вокзала- экспресс в аэропорт, хороший завтрак и удобная постель |

Такой отвратительной встречи мы еще никогда не видели.Путешествуем много и бывали во многих странах и отелях.Худшего отношения, чем в этом отеле не встречали.Во всем мире и даже в самом Копене всегда все оплачиваем кредитной картой.Так тут еще и наличные потребовали, и залог 50 EUR!!!!!! Не предложили воспользоваться комнатой для багажа, пока мы искали где купить наличку.А парковку порекомндовали, где оплата ТОЛЬКО кредиткой.Машина попала в западню.Reception Girlg - WORST!!! Встречать гостей как людей, а не как мусор. |

Номер чистый, окна выходят во двор, шумно от ресторана и людей живущих в отеле. Очень внимательные и приятные служащие. Завтрак отличный, очень близко от центрального вокзала. Установить кондиционеры. |

The hotel is located in the very center, and very close to the Central railway station. It's very quiet. The personal is very friendly. The rooms should be cleaner. |

Тишина в номере, доброжелательность персонала Хотелось бы теплых полов в санузле и, наверное, реновации номеров. В 1998 отель произвел очень хорошее впечатление чистотой, теплыми полами в санузле. В этот раз не хватило тепла в номере. |

Staff on front desk and cleaners were helpfull and courteous. Breakfast was adequate and always stocked up. Obviously an older hotel, but in my opinion could do with a make-over as the room looked & felt rather tatty. |

This is a pretty good location if you want to be outside of the more touristy downtown area, but close enough to walk there easily. It's also set back nicely in a courtyard from the main street it's on. The staff was friendly and all spoke very good English. The breakfast spread was decent (not elaborate, but fine), and the 5th floor dining area is nice enough. Also eating out costs a fortune in CPH, so I strongly suggest trying the hotel breakfast! The hallways and room (mine at least) could definitely use a renovation (bathroom was fine), and there were signs "excusing their appearance" as they are apparently working on renovating things right now. Bed wasn't so great either, but not terrible. As for value, it's just an expensive city so it's hard to compare without having stayed anywhere else. If you don't mind a simple place to sleep it will be okay – if you like your hotels fancy and new, maybe wait until they renovate. |

Hotel is close to the Main Station, good location to make city trips on foot, by bus, by train etc. It is pretty quite. Breakfast was ok. Very basic, small bathroom |

We were not pleased with the hotel. It was hot, smelly, dirty, noisy, inconvenient (steps with suitcases etc.) It seemed to be a fire hazard. We could see no way to get out if there were to be a fire. |

The hotel is situated very centrally compared to Tivioli and the main pedestrian street of Copenhagen. Breakfast is good and the staff there is ensuring a filled buffet all the time despite of many guests at the same time. We had a familiy room with a third bed - but that extra bed is not for very large people people - it works however with smaller children. It would be a good idea to prepare some coffee in advance as the coffeemachine is very slow and at times with many people at breakfast there is quite some waiting time. |
