Clean, quiet rooms, internet access. A hotel without much personality. Does not surprise the guests in any way, ( a bit boring in fact). Lacks a friendly human touch in all areas. The optional breakfast is expensive. The room service is very irregular - forgetting to place glasses to use on the minibar for instance. Has the potential to become a good hotel if some adjustments are made.

It is right beside the canal tour boat, the s train goes directly to central station and it is easy using the s train to get the whole way to navyhn. Beds are comfortable but their width is not enough so it is difficult to sleep comfortably in...they need to be wider.

We ordered a family room - displayed on the Booking.com website as 2 connected rooms. However, what we finally got were 2 regular rooms that were adjacent, but not connected. Far from ideal with 2 small children. Many excuses from the hotel staff (and a free boat ticket as a compensation), but still a problem in the booking process!

We looked at the Marriott and did not want to stay there on our return.
The hotel was next door to tne canal boat pick up, which was great.

The premises are very pleasant and the facilities are new and clean. I've now stayed twice at this hotel. The reasonably priced rooms are always facing a busy motorway so there's a lot of car noise on that side. The side that faces the canal seems to be very pleasant, but is also much more expensive. The key is to have some kind soul upgrade you while paying the lower rates.

Nice location and atmosphir Very high fee for car parking. Terrible smell in the room in the morning - not in the after noon. Lack of service at breakfast. Bad coffee every morning. Breakfast to expensive.

This is the fifth time we stay at Cop Isla. We were quite dissapointed. We miss the pay TV, the water in the shower was cold, and the wireless network had poor/no signal strength in our room 4450. Will choose another hotel next time :-(

This hotel is really really fantastic. The staff were amazing, the location is really beautiful and quite close to central Copenhagen. Everyone was super helpful and I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice room (we took the bigger one) that had water view, and got it for good price. Gym rather small (overcrowded in the evening) , and no swimming pool. For regular price somewhat expensive.

Always nice, clean and friendly staff. Never any issues when staying there Worst thing is to arrive in your room and find not everything is working/OK. Doing general inspection (all water facets clean and working properly, noting loose etc.) a small thing but a real difference between really good and just good.

We have stayed there many times before and always liked the professional way it was all run. Such a big disappointment. Upon arrival in the room, it was very hot -- told front desk and was told "yes, the air conditioner was broken " was told to open the window, but since we were road side, then the noise and lights of the parking lot kept us up all night. When asked to be moved to harbor side, of course was totally booked and was told we hope you survive! The restaurant had the most disappointing menu I have ever seen from a big hotel!! Last time I will book the Copenhagen Island Hotel.

Copenhagen Island Hotel is a great hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable. bathrooms are delightfully big with big bathtubs. And the views, if you get a chance for a harbor view...wonderful. Business center, gym, walking distance to a mall and to the center of town. Perfect...I would stay here many time over. the only thing i noticed was that, although they cleaned the room, it didn't look like they changed the sheets...which really isnøt something big to complain about. And not a large selection to choose from the in-room dining menu (and there aren't many places you can walk to at night for just some take-away food)
