The view from the room over the water and the hotel surroundings. When checking out, the hotel staff wanted to charge us almost 50% over the rate booked through Booking.com. I complained to them and eventually got the rate I had agreed to Booking.com, once I presented my reservation, but nonetheless we were quite disturbed by their attempt. Had my partner paid alone at check out, we would have been charged an awful amount for what turned to be a rather average room. The room was small even for European standards (I wonder how many Americans would go in without complaining), the bathroom's door would not stay closed, and all the glass around the sink gave a poor impression every time we used it, as it was impossible not to splash water on it. The wardrobe was very small and was placed in an awkward corner. Overall it did not gave the impression this was a hotel designed by Utzon's son, if that was meant to indicate excellence in design and details. |

The general ambiance is very good. Its very clean, close to city centre they would not accept a booking for an early morning taxi the night before. The Hotel Bar closed earlier than its published time |

The hotel is on the water and getting into the main part of town is simple. The price of hotels in Copenhagen in general is over the top. |

I liked the cleaniness of the rooms, the nice view over the harbour and the big windows. The hotel was very light because of the big windows. The sun through the windows may have caused the air indoors to get a bit stuffy... |

Perfect Experience, relaxed and friendly reception staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, free WIFI, great look onto the water. Was not allowed to drink my cocktail at the windows tables in the bar (restaurant guests only ???, but it was finishing time, so what?), same for breakfast, these tables have been blocked, so it was quite crowded. |

Clean rooms, tidied everyday... The location is not as appealing as the website makes it out to be - it is a little far from the centre (a train ride) in a slightly sterile area next to a shopping centre and cinema complex. Also, the prices for breakfast and minibar were extortionate, even by Copenhagen standards! |

This is a very new & clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is accordingly. Recommendation Intermet was very slow in the room. In lobby it was excellent |

Clean, modern, free wireless internet, free use of business centre, convenient for airport and city, although not in city centre itself. Beds very comfortable. Rooms are small - but that was no problem for me as a business traveller, and the cleanliness and facilities more than made up for this. |

very airy and modern hotel, I liked the atmosphere, a lot of glass and view on the harbour. the hotel is close to the station, very close to the shopping center. good comfort, good restaurant. Also to notice: very sound-proof rooms. |

Software applications of their system is slow. Check-in and check-out took over 20 min. Each - other guests complaining that this has been ongoing for weeks. |

Professional and helpful staff. Quick check in and out. Ultra modern room, interesting lighting inthe room too. No locks on the bathroom doors, albeit they were the most snazzy bathroom doors I have ever seen. Bit pricey but not if your company pays for it! |
