The hotel offers the facilities expected for a business hotel at a decent price. The location is good and close to public transportation. The wireless is good in the rooms and often loses the connection. Should I come with at hint to obtimise the service; some of the staff in the resturant (evening) could from time to time be more observant on customers need. (order, payments etc.) |

This is an extremely modern stylish hotel with a great view over the harbour. Lovely room, with a very comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Food was incredibly expensive with very little choice and poor service. I would certainly not eat in the restaurant again but I would stay in the hotel. |

The look of the hotel, cool Danish design The room was small, stuffy, hot and on a freeway so extremely noisy. |

The heated bathroom floor was very pleasant! The room was very warm, and other than the control for the heated bathroom floor, the heat controls in the room didn't seem to work to reduce the temperature; even opening the window didn't seem to help despite being quite cool outside when i was there. |

It was a nice hotel except for the fact that when you entered the room, you found someone else in your bed. I had to go back to the reception and he was a bit not surprised, looks like it happens all the time. Better checks to see if the rooms are occupied before letting it out. |

An offer of a free upgrade was totally unexpected but gratefully received. The hotel was quiet and our room had pleasant views over the water. The staff we spoke to were polite and helpful. The breakfast, not incuded in the price, was particularly expensive but saying that, Copenhagen is an expensive city! Other than that, no negative comments. |

the facilities were great, design too. and the shopping centre (with foodstore and dining places) is next door at first, it seemed to be far from the centre (but one stop with s-tog is ok, walk to Town hall square takes 15-20 minutes). |

Very nice. Great design, modern rooms, lots of services. Perfect business hotel. Breakfast of over 20 euro is too much. |

The design of the hotel is interesting, the restaurant in particular as it looks out over one of the canals. If you do not have a room which looks out over the canal (I did not), your view will consist of the highway and construction site... Very uninspiring, to say the least. Also, I had to leave the hotel very early to get to Copenhagen-Kastrup Airport and the desk clerk was extremely surly and unhelpful with my bags. |

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's just a 10 minute walk to the city center. A cinema and a shopping mall is next door. The view is adorable. The house keeping didn't respond to questions and comment. |

They charged extra for breakfast, and did not provide one stinking cup of coffee in the morning!!! I can kind of understand charging extra for coffee even though all of the other hotels do not, but not to give you one stinking cup of coffee!!! |

Good value for money paid (taking in consideration the campaign stay 3 nights pay only 2) Very small area of room (for two people in a standard room is difficult to deposit 2 luggage) |

Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. Bike rentals at the hotel. Rooms are very nice and well designed. Business center can be used whenever you want. It seemed to me to be a little far from the city center, if you rent a bike from the hotel it is not bad at all. They kill you with their mini bar. |

Rooms very clean and neat. 10 minutes walking to the city center. Very modern. Although the hotel has parking spaces, they do not have enough. |

The rroms are clean and the view No parking available for the car, as was offerd in the web oage. we have to park our car in a quite far away place, without any light or buildings around.the serice, in geeral, is just bad. The front desk ain-t helpfull, and the room serice needs more than half an hour to bring the breakfast |

Very nice location and environment, with water surrounding the hotel. Although the hotel is a bit further away from city centre, the boat ride is very convenient and the walk along the water into town is very enjoyable. Excellent staff. Beds were a little too squishy and soft. Shower did not have a curtain or full door so water would come out. Bathroom amenities are poor. No breakfast. |

Central location, modern design, nice view and quiet on the side facing the sea ( pay that extra !) all new and fresh, parking just outside the main entrance. A very(!) long way to walk from the lobby to the rooms in the other end of the hotel. The very famous architect did not come up with the idea of placing the lobby central in the building, then the max. distance to the rooms would have been only the half. |

Even though my reservation did not appear in their system (might have been a system error) the staff was very helpful and they even gave me a room upgrade with view on the canal. The room was big enough for one person and I am sure is sufficient for two people as well. Quinn size bed (not king but again big enough). Very clean, with all needed facilities. Very quite area, 3-4 minutes walk to the bus station or train station that will take you downtown or to Central train Station from where you can take direct train to airport. Good value for the price. New design for the hotel and rooms. Next to a big shopping Center and Cinema Complex. |
