Nowoczesny, czysty (wręcz sterylny) hotel. Darmowe Wi-Fi (zasięg nawet w pokoju na IIIp). Dobry dojazd z centrum kolejką S-Bahn Połowa okien wychodzi na głośną ulicę, stąd otwarcie okna na noc raczej odpada |

Jedynym plusem hotelu jest ładnie zaprojektowana restauracja z widokiem wodę. Straszliwie niewygodne łóżka, pokoje wielkość windy, pod płaszczykiem ekologii brak wymiany pościeli. Obsługa generalnie nie zainteresowana klientem. |

Central location, modern design,nice view and quiet on the side facing the sea ( pay that extra !) all new and fresh, parking just outside the main entrance. A very(!) long way to walk from the lobby to the rooms in the other end of the hotel. The very famous architect did not come up with the idea of placing the lobby central in the building, then the max. distance to the rooms would have been only the half. |

I love the breakfast buffet, and the restaurant where i sat outside. I got a room with a balcony, and that was very nice. |

Even though my reservation did not appear in their system (might have been a system error) the staff was very helpful and they even gave me a room upgrade with view on the canal.The room was big enough for one person and I am sure is sufficient for two people as well. Quinn size bed (not king but again big enough). Very clean, with all needed facilities. Very quite area, 3-4 minutes walk to the bus station or train station that will take you downtown or to Central train Station from where you can take direct train to airport. Good value for the price. New design for the hotel and rooms. Next to a big shopping Center and Cinema Complex. |

The view from the room over the water and the hotel surroundings. When checking out, the hotel staff wanted to charge us almost 50% over the rate booked through Booking.com. I complained to them and eventually got the rate I had agreed to Booking.com, once I presented my reservation, but nonetheless we were quite disturbed by their attempt. Had my partner paid alone at check out, we would have been charged an awful amount for what turned to be a rather average room. The room was small even for European standards (I wonder how many Americans would go in without complaining), the bathroom's door would not stay closed, and all the glass around the sink gave a poor impression every time we used it, as it was impossible not to splash water on it. The wardrobe was very small and was placed in an awkward corner. Overall it did not gave the impression this was a hotel designed by Utzon's son, if that was meant to indicate excellence in design and details. |

The general ambiance is very good. Its very clean, close to city centre they would not accept a booking for an early morning taxi the night before. The Hotel Bar closed earlier than its published time |

The hotel is on the water and getting into the main part of town is simple. The price of hotels in Copenhagen in general is over the top. |

I liked the cleaniness of the rooms, the nice view over the harbour and the big windows. The hotel was very light because of the big windows. The sun through the windows may have caused the air indoors to get a bit stuffy... |

Perfect Experience, relaxed and friendly reception staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, free WIFI, great look onto the water. Was not allowed to drink my cocktail at the windows tables in the bar (restaurant guests only ???, but it was finishing time, so what?), same for breakfast, these tables have been blocked, so it was quite crowded. |
