Copenhagen Plaza    

It's a perfect place to stay because the hotel is close to the main turístic places to be visited and, the most important - you can go just walking....we're lucky with the choice.

The perfect location,both near the main station,and the Tivoli Gardens.The hotel was comfortable,and One advantage for us was we could hold the room for an hour longer at a reasonable price,at the end of our stay.

There should have been more attention paid to the amount of food available for breakfast,e.g.Egg and Bacon,that was not there at 09.00,and the bathroom could have been cleaner..

Bedroom too warm, air con ineffective. Beds not particularly comfortable. Bathroom a bit shabby.

Excellent situation, Food very good, both Breakfast and Dinner. Room very comfortable, and well appointed.

Minor point in otherwise very satisfactory stay, there was black mould on the bath surround which could and should have been cleaned. The room service in all other aspects was excellent.

Central location

Beware of any specific request as the hotel doesn't bother fulfilliing it nor contacting you in case it cannot meet your request... Indeed I had put an explicit request for a twin room and not a double room and instead of the Tivoli view room that I booked we got a room on the back over the train tracks... Paying for the more expensinve room of course!

I liked the athmosphare in the hotel,specially the Bar in the hotel was excellent!!! Also location was good,short walk from Ströget and next to Tivoli.

We didn't like the noise coming from Tivoli in the evening.We couldn't sleep so we were fortunately able to chance the room,same size room, but on the other side building.No noise!

Convenient location.

They made error in my surname. When I was doing check out, I pointed out it to receptionist, but she pretended that she doesn't hear me. I didn't argue futhermore and left the hotel.

A very fine Bar.

Very well situated. Right next to central station. Very close to visitor areas. Comfortable, large room and shower/toilet facility. Excellent breakfast. Lovely period "library bar".

Decor in room was very old and tired. Really needs modernising. Lime scale on lower frame of shower cubicle.

We picked Copenhagen Plaza due to its location, the Library Bar and reviews. Our expectations were surpassed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived till our departure. The glass elevator is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful. The danish pasteries and breads are wonderful. The room cleaning staff were super efficient. To sum up Staff, Location, Architecture quality service and food

History of hotel

Everything was just great The elevator was to oldfashion and cool. Breakfast was very good with alot to choose from I traveled with smal children, it was babychairs in the breakfastroom and the crib was waiting in the room at arival

Room heating was hard to get comfortable.

I asked for a room with two beds. I got one with a double bed

Great location for Central Copenhagen. Comfy rooms and good breakfast choices

Attic style rooms on the top floor make them feel small with no room for a bedside table / light at one side. No bath and budget lighting.

The position was excellent especially if you arrive from airport by train (dsb). Just in front of tivoli amusement park (beutiful view from the room balcony) and not far from the main road for shopping. Excellent breakfast in the morning. All in all quality/price race is very high

Room was a little cold and the heating seemed not to work properly, but it should be said that it was very cold outside.

Wonderful location right beside the station, friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely hotel bar. Classic style hotel.

There was no hairdryer in the room as promised. Had the hotel description been clearer that the fitness room was free, I may have taken gym kit.

Central location; excellent buffet breakfast; super-fast hot water supply on second-floor room; old architectural style, free wi-fi in room.

A bit tired in appearance inside; rickety desk chair we wouldn't use; in-room safe not serviced; shower recess a bit mouldy; surcharge for using foreign credit card (but we did know about this in advance).
