Situation in the center. The hotel doesn't totally correspond to 4* category. Rooms are cold, the staff forgets to change bed linen and to bring a replacement of toiletware. |

Hotel bar and restaurant were excellent! The location was good but a bit difficult to find when driving a car into town - better signage possible? Had to get our car to offsite parking on our own - it would have been nice if valet parking was offered (as it was in other hotels on our stay). The place had a venerable, old world feel to it, but also showed some wear. |

Location right by the main railway station is both good and bad: easy to get to and from the hotel everywhere but it is not very peaceful place. Library bar nice and cosy. This hotel is far from 4 stars, only 3 star level. Rooms and corridors quite worn out, many of the room textiles stained and dirty looking. Beware of the rooms facing to the railway, the noise is bad and you can hear every train and arriving and leaving. Would not wish to return to this hotel. |

Great location opposite the train station. Large rooms with flat screen television. Good buffet breakfast with Danish pastries. Small lobby with no place to sit and read. Only one old-fashioned lift. No food except in the bar, which has poor lighting for reading. |

I liked the proximity to the central train station (excellent), and to the city hall square. It was very easy to gain access to all the city has to offer. It was also very close to one of the city's major tourist attractions -Tivoli gardens. Staff was most helpful, courteous, and the breakfast was excellent. |

The location of this hotel is excellent as Tivoli Gardens are across the street and the train station is right beside the hotel. The hotel has a lovely cosy bar which is very relaxing and nice to have a drink in before going to bed. |

The location is obviously super just next to the Central station and the city center with the Tivoli next door. This off course brings some noise with it - one can't get it all ;-) It's not a 4 star hotel imho. It has probably been a very chic hotel but they have not kept up with maintenance and keep it tip top. The windows couldn't be kept tight closed so some noise from the street came in, pity as with such small modification it would have been completely silent! As well clean it better would make such a big difference with small cost on their side. |

Good location, comfortable old-fashioned hotel. Not standard room, but cosy. The room would need some repairing. Air conditioning did not work and you could not open the window because of heavy noise outside. |

The air con in the room didn't work and it became unbearable. Didn't feel safe to open the window as opened onto a roof that could easily provide access inside. Rm 102 |

Central location (nearby Tivoli and central station), friendly staff, newly restored rooms, nice breakfast buffet Airconditionning difficult to regulate, noise coming from boulevard, badest breakfast organization ever: not enough tables for the "rush hour"; it takes 10 min to open an additional room!!! |

The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best. Every morning we were greeted by the hostess who showed us to the table and brought us a pot of fresh coffee. The buffet included fruit salad, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, cheeses, danish pastries, croissants, and juices. It was wonderful! And always plentiful no matter what time we went down to breakfast. Our room was beautiful and large (we had an upgraded room) and it included a refrigerator and living room area. It had a large plasma tv, coffee table, end tables and two twin beds. The bathroom was large and had all the usual ammenities like a hairdryer, shampoo, lotion, shower gel etc. Daily maid service was great. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The airconditioning in our room did not work. We were a little hot. That week it was in the mid to upper 70's. The hotel was booked so we were unable to change rooms. |

The buffet breakfast was very good & the dining room service was excellent. The bedroom was pleasant & had a balcony. The hotel was very convieniently located for tours transport & entertainment. The drinks service in the Library bar was efficient & pleasant. The air conditioning was not working properly & we were advised it could not cope with the temperature (20 -24C) The room was uncomfotably hot most nights. The was only a very limited bar menu service in the evenings & no restaurant service. There was only room service from 5.00pm to 10.00pm. We were not offered the option of breakfast in the room. We paid approximately £1000 for 5 days as a 'romance' package with Chocs champagne & fruit. There was a fruit platter which had clearly been there most of the day awaiting our arrival in the v. hot room, a bottle of Cava & no chocs. When I enquired about this I was told there was 'a chocolate problem' anyway we were provided with 4 small chocs the next day. |

The buffet breakfast that was included, the jazz played in the fancy bar the hotel was next to Tivoli gardens an amusement park for young people. All the double rooms were on the train side of the hotel. The trains ran all night and it was impossible not to hear them..especailly if you wanted the window open. |

Centrally located, easy access to airport, railway station and local attractions The air conditioning did not work, underfloor heating was permanently on in the bathroom, the combination of the two making the bedroom unbearably hot and very difficult to sleep in. |
