Comfortable beds and free wifi. Great location!
A bad smell in the room-especially from the wardrobe. Shower head almost fell off and while showering the whole bathroom becomes wet. Not a good setup with a shower in the bath. Front doors and all internal doors need a button for self opening. Very hard to get in/out with luggage.
Library Bar is a good place to have rest
Dirty and old place
close to station and reception friendly. Also restaurant was excellent (but expensive as hidden tax fees on menu).
room had paint of wall and could hear the room above at night. Wi Fi was very poor.
That you parked our car for us. That breakfast was served at the room. The room was big with a big cloakroom. That we had 2 french balconies. That we payd a fair price.
Everything worked out perfect, and we will for sure come back.
Amazing surprise to find this hotel. Just a little more expensive but worth every dollar more
Near the station & the breakfast
WE LIKE EVERYTHING! I would recommend the hotel to friends
I SUGGEST IN WINTER TIME MAKE THE ROOM MOR HOT THE AIR CONDITION WAS NOT ENOGH HOT
Good choise, just in front of central station, old but well maintained facilities and clean
To be located just in front of the central station turns out to be quite noisy
all bars and Restaurants were closed on a Sunday we were not aware of this untill sunday morning. no advance warning was given or mentioned when we checked in
We have been using the hotel for 35 years
The retaurant lost its attractivness and the breakfast has room for improvement
They have Close bar all sunday evenings - on a 4 star city hotel!!
gentle and helpful staff good facilities near the station
Bed was too soft.
After an unexpected last minute change of plans, we were lucky enough to get the last room available on New Year's Eve. The room was very nice, the staff helpful and even threw in a free breakfast for us. We enjoyed the central location of the hotel, its stateliness and charm.
There was nothing we did not like.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, great central location
The hotel bar was closed on Sunday night so there was nothing to do only stay in bedroom
The Hotel is not in great shape. I stayed in a suite. Old cranky sofa and bathroom that felt old-style. Value for money was not great at all. Needs a serious renovation.
Staff was extremely nice and even managed to fulfill special wishes for us that made our stay even nicer. Highly recommend this.
Front office the females were very helpful and informative. The buffet breakfast had a very nice variety of choices.
Closeness to station. Efffeciant front desk. Building style inside. Generaly good room although a little small.
Lack of tea and coffee facility in room. No shoe shine facility and noisy heater/air con.
Location is brilliant, next to the central station, opposite to Tivoli garden, walking distance to the town centre.
The price pays for the location rather than the room; rooms were small and dry. Average breakfast. Overall though not so tragic as some of the catastrophes suggested on Tripadvisor.
I love the location of the hotel!
Location for the train and Tivoli Breakfast was good Family room made it a reasonable price for our group of 4
Airconditioning was ridiculously loud and couldn't be turned off. Room could have been very nice but felt uncared for. Bed was not great.
Close to the central railway station and Tivoli
Rather dated hotel with limited facilities. No facilities for making tea or coffee in room. Bar not open until late afternoon. Library/lounge rather dark and old fashioned. Breakfast very basic with same limited cooked breakfast everyday.
Reception staff great. The location was perfect for us. Right opposite Tivoli and the Central station.
The fact there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. No room service either. The barman was exceedingly rude after we enquired how much longer was our coffee after waiting 20 minutes. He was totally out of order. Restaurant and bar CLOSED on a Sunday evening!!
