excellent location and restuarant
shower head in bath did not work
Checking out! Staff where great and helpful. Clean rooms.
Smell of rooms. Rooms are of a 2 star standard. No way a 4 star hotel! In desperate need of a refurbishment.
The hotel looks lovely, big rooms (ask for a bathtub!) and good beds. Great decoratio and very helpfull and friendly staff!
the room is a bit older and not so clean anymore. Some dirty spots on the sheets/wall and table. Maybe some new paint?
The room was good clean a comfortable the staff were friendly.
The room was next to the railway track and was quite noisy a bit surprised no double glazing fitted to prevent the noise as it is a very busy station.
An old gem which has improved. Breakfast room no in better shape nice and tidy even full of people.
You can get NO espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino to breakfast! You have to buy your own in the coffee shop next door. And restaurant announces it's a grill in the evening, NO espresso??
Atmospheric. Wood panelling and wall murals. Not ultra modern but very clean with a fantastic glass sided lift.
Very convenient to central railway station. Staff was very helpful.
I like this hotel because of the location. The central station is just across the street and it is also near the Tivoli garden theme park. The staffs are friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is quite old, the elevator sometimes stuck for a while. Although it usually work again but it gives some of us quite panic reaction.
The hotel is very close to the Central Station so very convenient. The reception staff were courteous and helpful and the dining room staff at breakfast were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal was delicious and had a good variety . We liked the traditional decor in the bedroom. The hotel may have seen better days but we liked the ambience.
Just one problem which was the wifi and I gather it is better on some floors than others. We would stay there again as long as we chose a differently sited room.
The Location of Copenhagen Plaza is excellent, a short 2 minute walk from the center of the city. The hotel bar, The Library Bar, is well-worth a visit, even if you're not staying at the hotel. If you like cocktails, you wont be disappointed. Library bar is probably one of the two best bars I've ever visited. The Plaza grill serves a nice meal, both for breakfast and diner.
Ventilation system is quite noicy. This does impact sleep quality, unfortunately. The hotel in general seems in need of a caring hand. Not the hotels fault, but Tivoli next door has some loud fireworks aroung midnight friday and saturday. It woke me up both nights.
Location is brilliant. Very close to station which is a cheap way to get to/from the airport. Central to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet rooms.
Shower was tiny and leaked all over the floor. Not much pressure.
Location and staff is very good.
It was a little less clean.
Staffs are nice.
Rooms Need Refurbished
Location is perfect
I used to stay at the Crown Plaza quite often for business reasons in the past and never had to complain. During the last visit with my family I noticed that the level of service is now way below the standards (i asked for a baby coat in the reservation and was not ready - ww arrivwd at 2 am with a 15months old baby: they said it was to late for looking for it as the concierge had no clue on where it could be so we had to sleep all in the same bed. rooms are not maintained properly, breakfast staff unfriendly and disappointed even with a small kid, and not able to read a reservation as breakfast was included and the girl repeated continuosly that it was not and that i had to pay with a very unpleasant high tone. I had good memories of that hotel but I would never go back there and I would not suggest it to friends and colleagues
The lack of service in general: our room was never properly cleaned, no concierge available anytime, no room service for food, etc. But the main problem was the cleaning of the room.
Central location, easy access
Too much noise at night around the hotel, probably due to the proximity of train central station
Next to Central Station (you do not hear it) and to Tivoli (you do not hear it either). Take a room on Tivoli, more expensive but really a better view. Excellent breakfast.
No real negative comments
Location next to tivoli and shopping street. Friendly staff. Valet parking.
A bit costly for what you get. Its old and it shows.
traditional interior attractive rooms large rooms the bar
windows faced onto large area of vents / ducts and zircon units - noisy at night the hotel would not take UK visa debit cards the bacon at breakfast appeared to be deep fried and was hard (i.e. cooked hours before)
Old and smely interior, unfrendly receptionist, noise from the streat, too expensive in comparison to service and hotel quality
The lady receptionist was the most uncustomer friendly staff i have ever come across. Thanks
The very helpful staff, and perfect location.
The noise of the trains at night, and I think the breakfast was a little disorganized.
Location was perfect, for wandering the centre and taking train trip to Malmo. Nice feeling of olde worlde (lift, library bar)
Hot water in shower didn't work well (it was OK in the sink). There was no shelf in shower to put soap or shampoo: only the floor (not helpful when you're old and have a bad back)
Wonderful location, excellent wifi connectivity
We had lot of bags and were a large group of 10 people include small children, there was no one to help even to get the bags from the taxi to the hotel lobby and from the lobby to the room.
