Bathroom lines at morning
Very friendly staff, affordable price of stay. The rooms are modern and clean. Hot water showers available throughout the day (even past 12mn). Very nice ambiance in the hostel pub. Group tours provided for guests. Free food at 6pm everyday. Nice hangout areas at the bar. Wi-fi is actually usable in the rooms. Good price and setting for expensive Copenhagen, recommended for the young budget traveler!
Limited sitting areas in the bar. Noisy outside till late, especially if you get a street front facing window room.
Friendly staffs, nice location
Room door was not easy to close.
The place was clean and almost reminded me of a hotel. Good, central location.
The room I was in (3 beds even though I had booked a larger one) was quite cramped (and had no lockers). In addition there were only 3 toilets and showers for the whole floor which led to some waiting around in the morning/evening. As a solo traveller I also didn't feel like the hostel was the best place to meet other people. Although there were quite a few people in the reception/bar area every night, the place was so cramped and loud that it didn't exactly facilitate good conversation. However, this might well suit other people - I just wish that there had been a more laidback place to hang out in.
The room smelled a bit weird. Too much noise outside in the street, something you can solve sleeping with earplugs that were given in reception.
friendly staff, lots of activities, nice deco and sitting arrangements outside created a cozy atmosphere.
very bad room airing and not enough toilets per floor. In the toilets there should be more hangers.
Fun, nicely decorated common areas, it's a great place to hang out, friendly helpful staff, lots of activities going on, clean rooms, bunks and toilets, good wifi.
It's a hostel so do expect some noise level, even though dorms are separated from the reception area, which limits the noise. Mixed dorms.
Everything was good during the day, the morning breakfast and the free dinners are a must!
The most painful part was the heavily warm weather which caused everyone to wake up sweaty. I don't think it would be that disturbing during milder times though ; one must say Copenhagen had had 30 degrees temperature for the whole month without rain.
The Shower type
Has a relaxing vibe, is nice and clean. Great breakfast!
The room was very small. We went as a group that knew each other but if I was in the room with strange people I wouldn't like...
Competent, very friendly staff, ready to help with any questions. The perfect location of the hostel - the main attractions of Copenhagen are within walking distance, you not to spend money on constant travel by train and / or subway.Well-organized and a delicious breakfast every day. Free dinners if you take seats at the bar in advance in one hour (limited quantity of seats). In the evening, the bar turns into a "living-together", meeting of guests who came from 40 countries of the world. Live music, delicious cocktails and other beverages, nice talkings, -- You definitely will not get bored in this hostel ! :)
A sufficiently small area in the room to stay for three people.
Great friendly atmosphere. Perhaps the most social hostel I've ever been to. Cool facilities, great prices on drinks for CPH. Great location.
It's a hostel, bring your earplugs / mask so others don't wake you when the come in / leave.
But it's very big hostel. Little noisy...
Location is good, 10 min walk from the central station and 2 min walk from the main street.
Very very small room and very very noisy bar with young people at the 1st floor. Double-deck bed is unstable.
The staff was very friendly and kind. We stayed in a double room with private toilet, very small but essential and clean. Best place for young travellers to meet other people and have fun. Excellent location to reach by walk all the main attractions of the city.
The curtains were not sufficient to avoid the light to come inside the room very early in the morning. The mattresses were not very confortable. The noise coming from the local downstairs was prolonged until late in the night.
Central cocation, common room, bar, activities for guests, breakfast is worth the price paid
-good location in the center -friendly and helpful staff which are constantly at your dispose for any requests -cool place where young people from all over the world gather, the hostel's bar seems to be very popular among young people, this might be because the hostel's staff organise lots of events -the bar waiters prepare pizza and snacks for it's guest -for a surplus you receive an excellent breakfast with a large variety of different food at the hostel's bar -probably the cheapest accomodation for Copenhagen trips -the rooms are clean and the hostel's common bathrooms are cleaned regularly
Wifi is ok.
Try burger next door it s one of the best.
Very squeaky bed
If you want to drink, party, and stay up all night being loud and talking with everyone then this is a great hostel! The hostel is also in a great location downtown with a bar and kitchen. The bathrooms and showers are also kept very clean, but no windows.
If you get a room that's above the bar facing the street and you want to sleep, good luck! I wore ear plugs and it still didn't help. The bar and lounge never closes so people stay up all night until about 4am it starts getting quiet. They let people drink and smoke on the sidewalk in front so if your window is open you'll hear glasses breaking, people being really loud until 4am. It was too hot to close the window so it was loud and smoke coming in through the window. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't get 1 night of good sleep. Also, this was the smallest room in a hostel I've stayed in. I stayed in a 4-bed mixed room. Also if you know you snore really loud, you should consider getting your own room so your not being rude keeping up others all night long.
Was made most welcome by staff. Some of the friendliest people I've met.
Best social atmosphere of any hostel I've stayed in. Good to see so many people hanging out talking to each other.
-Perfect place where to connect with people from other nations -comfort rooms and nice bar waitresses
-no scheduled programs in weekend or some groupe/public games which makes guests more relax -some night can not sleep well, because no air conditioner in the sleeping rooms and such a wild noise heard out side of windows
Good free dinner that gave us the opportunity to meet people, very helpfull staff,
