Housed in a former inn, which dates back to 1850, Danhostel Sønderborg Vollerup still retains some old world charm. The communal kitchen, dining room and lounge have traditional style décor, as do the comfortable guest accommodations. Choose to bring your own bed linen and towels or simply rent them at the hostel's reception. Danhostel Sønderborg Vollerup also offers guests a buffet breakfast at an additional cost. Take a stroll around the hostel's pleasant grounds before sampling some Southern Jutland delicacies in the on-site restaurant. Dinner must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. Children will enjoy spending time in the playground, which includes a trampoline and rope bridge. Whether it's a game of minigolf, ping-pong or Pétanque, guests of all ages can stay active in the sports area. Holders of a valid Hostelling International (HI) membership card pay less at Danhostel. Danhostel Sønderborg er langt fra luxux, men rimelig. Vi var 2 voksne afsted, men føler den var børnevenlig. Tror at mange ville ønske sig nogle bedre værelser.

at der kom varme da vi skrude op efter flere timer værelserne var opvarmede da vi kom ved 3 tiden om morgenen is koldt da vi kom kl 16 45 var tilbage kl 3 00 ca larm inde bag begge værelser det meste af natten var der fest en rigtig dårlig oplevelse , vi havde nr 4 og 5 og priserne er fulstændig uoverskuelige næsten lidt smart :(

Rineligt værsel og beliggendhed tæt på Sønderborg 6 km tæt på færgen til ærø og Fyn Als er et godt sted at være men vi havde desværre regnvejr I bør nok lave kaffe på en kaffemaskine og så sætte kaffe ind på thermokander kaffen var ikke for god så vil anbefale at I brygger kaffen morgenbufeen var ok ( men kaffen kan I gøre bedre )

sehr freundlich,Früstück gut Die Kosten für Bettwäsche und Jugendherbergsausweis waren nur im Kleingedrucktem zu lesen,dadurch teurer als angenommen,ausserdem nicht als Jugendherberge zuerkennen,nur als Hostel

När vi kom fram fanns det ingen bokning på oss trots bokningsbekräftelse från booking.com. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa att hitta ngt till oss så det fick bli 2 enkelrum där en fick sova på madrass på golvet 1:a natten. Sedan fick vi bo helt ok i en (personallägenhet???) liten lägenhet. Personalen gjorde allt för oss och var mycket trevlig. Detta ställe passar för familjer med barn eftersom det finns djur och lekpark,minigolf pingisbord mm utomhus. Man skall veta att detta är ett enkelt boende. Rummen är enkla och lite fuktiga.

Vi havde ikke fået bestilt aftensmad, og alligevel kunne køkkenet liiige få mad nok til 4 personer mere. Og der var rigeligt mad. Dejligt. Og god service.

Sehr freundliches Personal, waren sehr hilfsbereit und konnten gut deutsch sprechen; "Mini"-Zoo im Danhostel; sehr ruhige Lage; Zimmer waren mit relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet, Tisch, Stühle und Betten waren vollkommen ok; Duschbad war auch auf dem neuesten Stand Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, da es sich um eine Jugendherberge handelt, muss man nach dem verlassen die Zimmer selbst reinigen und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob nach uns nochmal Reinigungspersonal durch die Zimmer geht; es wirkt alles sehr alt; ca. 5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, zu Fuß schwer zu erreichen, man ist immer ans Auto gebunden

Die freundliche Begrüßung, das wundervolle Frühstück, die Tiere rund um das Hostel. Die Nähe zum Meer. Die Fußbodenheizung im Zimmer. Nichts....alles schick.

het was een prettige kamer er kwamen onverwachte kosten bij, onder andere doordat het pinnen bij de balie duur was; eigenlijk hebben we alleen lakens voor de matrassen gehuurd en eenmaal thuis bleek het toch om ruim 65 euro te gaan
