Great sports facilities, the swimming pool is free for the hotel guests. Breakfast is great. If you are not in for sports, the price is rather high for a 3* hotel. |

Reception staff was not trained. Didn't know what to do about anything. There was a lot of confusion regarding to check-in, and it took unacceptabel long time to solve it. |

The hotel is centrally located. This was extremely overpriced. They charged 100 DKK more than the highest posted rate in the room and just claimed they were allowed to since I had agreed to this with my booking. In a single room, the bed was about 80 cm wide - totally ridiculous for the equivalent of €215 (1495 DKK)! |

Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms with enough space to work, quiet in the evenings, excellent breakfast would have preferred a bath rather than a shower |

The cleanliness of the hotel, the facilites available and the location, although the noise from the train stations was disruptive at times. The train noise and the lack of eating/drinking options. |

Middle of town. Cable internet is included in the price. Staff quick and efficient. Good easy access by either car or public transport |

the leisure facilities were a great addition to the hotel just thought the car park would not have had a charge to park in.One other thing was the noise of the trains was a bit much. |

Access to the pool for the children. Close to Tivoli but still a healthy walk. Neighborhood a little scary at night, close to Train Station. Did not like the decor and there is no room service. You have to walk outside to get the breakfast included and it was not worth it. |

The pool. Excellent location to central train station for airport transfare. TV remote did not work v well, air con control dial broken off the wall as result v. hot first night. Room not cleaned at all. Would have thought cleaner would have come back later to clean room as we were occupying at initital cleaning time. Restaurant seperate building and have to go outside in cold to get there. pool changing room over crowded. have to pay into spa even if getting treatments. |

This inner city spa hotel offers beautiful and unique rooms, an organic café and event and conference facilities. |
Rising over the city's lakes, the Scandic Copenhagen is located right in the heart of Denmark's capital. |
Centrally located in Copenhagen, only a short walk from the Town Hall Square and the Tivoli Gardens, is the Best Western Hotel Richmond, offering excellent transport options in all directions. |
This central Copenhagen hotel is located just a short walk from the Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and the pedestrian shopping street Strøget. Kastrup Airport is just a 15 minute train ride away. |
