This hotel, just 500 ft from Strandby’s sandy beach, is a 10 minute drive from Frederikshavn Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, as well as bright and airy guest rooms. Very little The photos on the website are a misrepresentation of the property Little. Signage and other "2 sets of Guests" had the same difficulty of finding reception after walking through what looked like an abandoned building. All guests inadvertently met in the local greasy spoon cafe for dinner as the only meal place in the town Hotel Divan will long be remembered as the low end of our accommodation on a trip of several months PS who uses black soap as a guest soap? No toaster in breakfast room and staff member ( think the owner) was decidedly unfriendly. Maybe owner needs an employment redirection interview See above We saw nothing like the photo on the website at this property

room was comfortable but small no staff and i mean no staff, incorrect address, no breakfast, no wi-fi signal to weak to reach room, no staff to complain to, no restaurant. this was not a hotel , even the smallest b/b has someone to talk to.

Voor ons was het een hotel op doorreis. Voor dit doel Prima! Ontbijt was redelijk. Stevig brood en kaas en worst. Kamer goed om te slapen, maar voor te vertoeven (zitstoelen) erg matig.

Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met gezamenlijke badkamer en toilet. De hoteleigenaar heeft ons kosteloos een upgrade van de kamer gegeven. Zeer sympathiek. Toen we daar de reden van vroegen melde hij dat het toch zeer rustig was. Het ontbijt zou menig hotel wat van kunnen leren. Alles ruim voldoende en keurig verzorgd. Zeer gastvrij alleen bij aankomst wat onwennig omdat er geen receptie meer was. Onze sleutel lag klaar met een klein briefje met onze naam. Verder geen klachten.

Nur Übernachtung für die Überfahrt nach Oslo. Zimmer i.O. Kein Komfort. Frühstück war ausreichend. Für eine Übernachtung würde ich das Hotel Divan weiter empfehlen, nicht aber für einen längeren Urlaub.

Me ha sorprendido que al llegar no hay recepcionista, sino que te dejan las llaves y por la mañana en el desayuno, pagas y conoces a los dueños. Eso si, es muy tranquilo y está muy limpio.

Fantastisk service og deilig frokost. Hotellet ligger ett par hundre meter fra stranden I den rolige byen Strandy. Lite koselig familie drevet hotell. Det kunne godt ha vært bedre madrasser, litt tynne

Het hotel is makkelijk te vinden, vlakbij een haventje waar je wat kunt eten. De kamer is schoon, we hebben er goed geslapen. Niet ver van Fredrikshaven, waar we de boot hebben genomen naar Noorwegen. Het ontbijt was prima. Er was niemand aanwezig die ons verwelkomde. De sleutel van de kamer hing er wel, maar het kwam wat vreemd over.

Gratis parkeren naast hotel, goed ontbijt. Bij aankomst geen bezetting van de receptie: je moest zelf de ingang vinden en een sleutel pakken. We hebben de leiding van het hotel alleen gezien bij het ontbijt en het afrekenen.
