The staff was very professional and helpful When I got into the room at 10 pm, the room was barely heated, no wi-fi available and the tv was not working. The breakfast buffet was quite poor. |

hotel staff very friendly, within walking distance of main attractions. Kettle in room but tea or coffee only available in bar so not able to have early morning cup. 6% surcharge on credit cards not known at time of booking but was able to pay in cash. A glass instead of a plastic one would have been better. |

Hotel Domir is a nice hotel. at a good location, few minute to train station & city centre. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet & clean. and free internet. |

design of the hotel , not pretentious , helpfull and friendly reception , the honest breakfast for the price of ths stay , the main reason for reservation is of thelocation near the customer to visit the next day , then the rate . maybe a bigger pellow , i need normaly two and did not find a second one . |

We only needed a place to sleep at and this was perfect for that. The room was really small but it had everything we needed. Even a small desk where we could use our lap-top. The free WiFi worked really well! Good breakfast, which was included in the price. Helpful, nice receptionist lady who spoke excellent English and seemed genuinely interested in us. The surrounding area was a little noisy. Renovation in the building across the street woke us up too early, before 7 am (this is of course nothing the hotel management can help with and in time it will be better!)The receptionist man who also served as the bartender in the evening was not as nice as the young lady in the day shift. |

The location was great, walking distance from the train station. The room was a bit smaller than there seemed in the web site photos, which was fine. There were many stations available on the room's TV. Staff was friendly. Front desk area and dining room was very nice. The hotel was priced nicely and was fine for basic needs. It was nice having a small breakfast provided in the hotel. For a hotel that was renovated in 2007, the rooms appeared a bit run down. The room numbers were typed on paper and taped to each door. There was a hole in the wall next to each room's entrance and the mirror in the elevator was broken. Didn't like the bathroom floor being wet since it also doubled as the shower. Our room wasn't vacuumed the second day. |

Personalet var utrolig imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Det gav en hyggelig stemning til opholdet. At sengelamperne flyttes så man kan bruge væggen som rygstøtte ved læsning, tv mm. |

Et simpelt værelse som svarer til prisen. Der mangler fralægningsplads til fx. tøj.En knagerække i mangel af stort skab ville være godt. |
