We only needed a place to sleep at and this was perfect for that. The room was really small but it had everything we needed. Even a small desk where we could use our lap-top. The free WiFi worked really well! Good breakfast, which was included in the price. Helpful, nice receptionist lady who spoke excellent English and seemed genuinely interested in us. The surrounding area was a little noisy. Renovation in the building across the street woke us up too early, before 7 am (this is of course nothing the hotel management can help with and in time it will be better!)The receptionist man who also served as the bartender in the evening was not as nice as the young lady in the day shift. |

The location was great, walking distance from the train station. The room was a bit smaller than there seemed in the web site photos, which was fine. There were many stations available on the room's TV. Staff was friendly. Front desk area and dining room was very nice. The hotel was priced nicely and was fine for basic needs. It was nice having a small breakfast provided in the hotel. For a hotel that was renovated in 2007, the rooms appeared a bit run down. The room numbers were typed on paper and taped to each door. There was a hole in the wall next to each room's entrance and the mirror in the elevator was broken. Didn't like the bathroom floor being wet since it also doubled as the shower. Our room wasn't vacuumed the second day. |

It's near to central station(a few minutes by walk) and the city.You have all in small room.... bed,bath,tv... I's no a grand Hotel... but is ok. |

I was not amused about the 6% bankcharge on foreign creditcards. 3% / 4% is normal in Denmark, Domir Odense charged 6%. We were not informed about this charge up front (by signs or through the personnel), otherwise we could have gotten cash up front, not at the moment of checking out. |

Friendly staff Hard to find - small, ugly room, awful bathroom - they did not receive our note from the website (that I had two children) and had to move us to another hotel down the block. No parking. I was on my own to find parking in the street in a foreign country. Eight percent surcharge was added for using a credit card. |

Location, breakfast and morning staff According to site renovated but still ongoing. Sealing second floor not complete, electricity cables coming out of the wall in the hallway. TV was not usable as it was hanging over and could not be adjusted, some lights broken and with my partners 1.85m he just fitted under the fixed shower. Curious how it will be when finished but probably we will use a different hotel when we visit Odense again |

Close to city centre and parking possibilities near the hotel. The bathrooms are very poor quality. The rooms are very small. The room I have reserved was not available for the whole stay at the hotel (just 2 nights). The room rate at bookings.com was higher than the room rate available directly at the hotel desk and announced on the street, but the lower rate was applied. The information on the website does not give any information about the bathrooms. |

Centralt placeret i Odense og til rimelig pris. På trods af det varme vejr, havde vi et værelse mod gården, så vi ikke "stegte" helt væk på værelset.En klage over tilstoppet håndvask blev der taget hånd om med det samme, men slammet fra vandlåsen kunne godt være skyllet ud i toilettet, i stedet for at ligge og ligne noget mindre behageligt i kummen. Flere P-pladser - p.t. er det et kaos at parkere i nærheden. Bedre morgenmadsbetjening. Vores første morgen var præget af brugt service på alle borde - ingen smør, mælk og varmt the-vand - så det var en rigtig gør det selv morgenmad! |
