It certainly has character, and the room was spacious and beds comfortable, but lacked a feeling of welcoming and warmth. No obvious communal or reception area No food available in the evening in winter, and not helpful at suggesting a place to eat. Town and hotel seemed more geared up for summer, despite the Copenhagen climate conference being on. |

It was quite easy to get in contact with the staff of the hotel and arrange our arrival. Everybody was very friendly and the rooms were impressive, to say the least. |

Friendly personel, free WiFi internet, very spacious room. Hot water kettle with coffee Old structure because this used to be untill recent an old fort. The idea is nice but seems no modifications have been made to turn it into a real hotel. So the whole atmosphere smells of oil and damp of humidity even in the room. Tubes all over the place and out of one of the spaces crawled out even some roaches into the room ! a very limited basic breakfast brought to you on a plate will cost an extra dkk 65. Poor to none wifi internet signal in the room, although right of the room door in the hallway signal was excellent. |

The history was interesting. Good by the water. Nothing was good about this hotel itself - it was creepy, smelly, and felt like a dungeon. Spiders and bugs were in the room. |

The location is excellent for those who are visiting Copenhaga by car. The room is confortable and clean. Very good raport quality price. The hotel is about 7 km from the city, there is a bus you can take from 3 minutes from the hotel, but it could be tricky if you plann staying in town till late. |

Unfortunately we had heavy rain for our visit but it would be a great location in the summer- it is right on the ocean. There are only a few rooms and it is very different from a tradional hotel being a Fort from WW1. The food was excellent. Too far from Copenhagen and a long Taxi ride to the city or the Airport. |

Location - not in a big city. Beautiful views. Breakfast layout. Personal/ friendly service of owner. Went out of their way to return item left behind. A little 'run down'. Restaurant food good, service lacking. |

Not the avreage bubusiness hotel. I liked the special ambiance, Old fort, great location, very friendly staff. If you want something special, go for it They organize big parties on the facility. This might be noisy. |

Very personal and attentive service by the owner/manager himself, even though we arrived late. Even got a personal tour of the old tunnels and power room of the old fortress because I expressed interest in the history of the place. Enormous (although quite simple) rooms, comfortable beds. |

Карточкой Бориса мы воспользовались для бронирования, а в итоге заплатили наличными. По приезду оказалось, что мы очень удачно расположились - близко к месту проведения конференции и к аэропорту Каструп. Впечатление от отеля осталось весьма удовлетворительное. Хозяева оказали нам теплое внимание. Сам отель очень экзотичен, поскольку является старым морским фортом, которому уже сто лет. Честно говоря мне там было намного уютнее, чем в 5-ти звездном отеле, в которых приходилось останавливаться. Кроме того, оказалось что форте есть очень интересный морской музей. В общем впечатление самое хорошее. А что касается бронирования, обязательно заведу себе карту и буду пользоваться услугами бронирования. Спасибо! |
