Zimmer sind sauber und nüchtern eingerichtet, Betten sind bequem obwohl etwas schmal, WLAN ist schnell, einchecken 24h

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Plötzlich tauchen auf der Rechnung des Empfangsautomaten versteckte Kosten über 5€ für die Nutzung einer Kredtikarte auf. Für über 100€ bekommt man außerdem anderswo viel großzügigere Unterkünfte, noch dazu wird man nicht von einem Empfangsautomaten betreut, der dann Mitten in der nicht defekt ist und es keine Möglichkeit gibt über die Eingangstür in sein Zimmer zu kommen --> sehr schlechter Service, ich war leider enttäuscht und sehr entnervt! Das Hotel ist sehr unpersönlich, da man keiner Menschenseel des Personls antrifft bzw. sich um einen kümmert. Für über 100€ ist mein Gesamturteil: nicht empfehlenswert, für den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels

- Keine Rezeption (nur Automat) -> sehr unpersönlich - sehr kleine Zimmer (keine Ablagefläche für zwei Koffer) - kein Frühstück - kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

The room was equipped with its own kitchen & fridge which was very convenient, and the room was very clean. It was also extremely quiet. Excellent value for money.

There is a serious discrepancy between price and value here. There is zero service. Nobody there. Not even a friendly vending machine. The room is tiny. If you want to eat your take-away food that you brought back from far away ( there nothing close by) there is no table only a shelf on the wall under the tv set - so you eat and watch tv ( on a bar stool) with your nose 10 cm from the screen. At a 30% lower price point it would be ok for just a place to sleep - but for the same money others offer more. I was actually wondering can you call something that is even not a B&B ( there is no breakfast) a hotel? To me it is misleading

As an international businessman, I often stay at many hotels which require a high standard. I am pleased to announce that this hotel, despite having no staff (no staff, what hey!) met and exceeded these expectations. I especially enjoyed the supplied cutlery, which was ample and of a good quality.

I would have preferred a double bed as I am quite large.

Easy access even when arriving late at night

No information about where to buy breakfast, ended up walking 10 minutes to the train station.

Would be nice to have some complimentary tea/coffee on arrival- we arrived at midnight after a long journey from UK and couldn't have a drink till the following morning - after having to locate a shop!

Automatic checkin. Automat (after 15.30) works rather slow, touch in screen technology rather dull. Room rather small.

Location - central in the heart of the cultural part of the city but still quiet and peaceful. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Even the on line check in and check out system was easy to follow.

It is within a short distance of the train station; very handy for shops, walking, the art gallery etc. even the sea, the woods and Tivoli Gardens is not too far away. Well equipped for simple cooking, good-sized fridge, comfortable beds, good TV reception. All in all we would happily recommend the Faber to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment where you can look after yourselves or eat out as you will. Quiet location, and yet so convenient - exactly what we needed!

Wifi was intermittent. Reception doesn't open for long, but they were very helpful when we couldn't print out our bill and hand in keys on the last day.

Well thought out room, very comfortable beds with a great working bathroom. The kitchenette was oustanding, I was amazed at how much they fitted in along with all the gadgets/cutlery. I would definately recommend.

Position to the Center of town and the small kitchen facilities in the room

The room was small, but very comfortable, and the little kitchen was well-furnished. Beds were very comfortable. My sister and I felt it was close and convenient for everything we wished to see and do in Aarhus and it fit our slim budget very well. Not a luxury hotel, but it more than fulfilled our needs. It was also very useful to have laundry facilities.

Being new to Aarhus, it was a bit difficult to find at first. The room was very tiny, and we had to squeeze our luggage in.

No frills, but very nice. Next door to Radison blu and its great breakfast.

It was so clean and the kitchen had whatever you want. I really recommend it.

Location: Location was important for us and Hotel Neptun was right in the centre of the city. Not only was it an easy 15 minutes walking time from the central pedestrian shopping area and riverside coffee shops, but it was close to the bus and train stations, both of which we used a lot during our stay. Hotel Faber is also about 7 minutes walk from the famous Aarhus Aros Art Museum; which is an absolute 'must see'! Quiet: This hotel has to be one of the quietest we have ever visited around the world. The concrete structure made sound transfer impossible and the location of the hotel was in an area that had no through-traffic. Services: We had absolutely everything we could have wanted for our very hectic 'meet-the-family' holiday. We were impressed by the superb quality of danish design; from the bathroom layout and fittings to the kitchenette, where everything had been thought of. Staff: Although we were nervous at first, after a difficult time getting in to a similar style hotel in Tours, France; the hotel Faber staff explained everything by e-mail beforehand about opening the outer door and obtaining the key card, for that so-important first arrival time We will definitely recommend the Hotel Faber to all our travelling friends. Our stay there was a delight. Thank you!

Good location to Central Aarhus. Room was small but very adequate for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Very happy with the set up.

No where to put your bags or suitcases. Meant you were stepping over them at the end of the beds.
