The location is excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Nice detail with the earplugs offered to guests.

The rooms had just been refurbished and were cozy and comfortable but there were several tiny unfinished details which were a bit annoying; the top of the coffee-table had not been screwed on, there was a gap in the door to the shower cabin and the fancy coffee machine only mad very weak coffee even if you doubled the amount. I was also a bit disappointed with the fitted carpets (a nuisance if you're allergic) and quite unusual in Scandinavia nowadays where beautiful wooden floors seem to be widely used. As we had been warned of the noise we asked for a room with the bedroom facing the courtyard and even though there was a bit of party-noise from the street it was not a problem. Staff were nice and helpful if you actively sought them out but didn't exactly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

Having the extra space of a living area as well as 2 bedrooms. Lovely big windows which let lots of light in. English telly. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Lovely location by the river. Near shops and restaurants.

Bathroom could really do with a fan for ventilation. Bigger cups or even mugs to make tea in ( we British like to drink tea in big mugs! ) It was quite noisy in the early hours of the morning for one of our two nights stay.

The exterior of the Hotel is misleading, beacuse once inside the front door, one is greeted by a warm fire which was matched by the friendliness of the Reception Staff. The bedroom suites were extraordinarily comfortable, and the dining/breakfast facilities excellent.

The major problem for the Hotel is at the weekends when drunken revelry and loud music goes on until the early hours and is very noisy despite the double-glazing in each room. All right for singles or young couples, but not too good for families with young children

The room was clean, big and very well equipped.

Impossible to sleep until four in the morning because of a disco somewhere near - the thumping music went on and on all night, really disturbing!

I would never stay at the hotel again. It is situated in the old town across the street from an extremely noisy bar. Also, there is no night reception. I checked in late and the heat did not work (during the month of November). There was no one to speak to. The breakfast is extremely sparse.

Very friendly and approachable staff. Made me feel at home.

Location and acess to kitchet facilities and laundry - great beds

Get curtains that can be pulled completely together for privacy and keeping light out in am if wanting to sleep longer.

Everything- the friendliness of staff, privacy, location, access to everything incl the restaurant and bar downstairs, quality of food. Oh and the phenomenal October summer weather was a nice added extra!! Will stay next time.

Only slight minus was the stench in the hall/elevator area as distinct smell of hotel/restaurant dirty laundry/dampness maybe due to the carpeted areas!?? Luckily not a hint of this in super clean room. Would definitedly stay there next time in town.

earplugs are free available in the room for people who can not stand the noise of drunken Danish people in the street. Good breakfast at Emmerys or Baresso, with the best coffee

The localization is very good. In the hearth of Aarhus. Near of all!!!

In the flat space, aside to Brasserie, the access to internet were too weak ( In the space of the rooms above the brasseria te signal is good)

Location.

The pictures lied. It was not a hotell, not "studio apartment" It was a hot room with no aircondition and dirty bathroom. Next to apartments that people lived in. Not a hotel. No hotel-lobby , we had to check in at the resturant desk and then we had to go next to the hotel and in a door at the back.. It looked like a student apartment.. Noise from others and early in the morning when the resturant got their food..

Warm welcome from hotel staff and good quality wines.

Room could get rather warm.
