Please see attached photos.the staff were very friendly, the breakfasts were fine, but I do not understand why there was a lack of things like mushrooms on one of the days.......the bathrrom was clean but the bath sides were disgusting. We didnt see it until we went to bed when we drew the curtain back, but as it was very late we didnt contact the reception, as we didnt want to move rooms at that time. You will see however that the bath mould has not just appeared. A real shame that this has not been cleaned off and re sealed, as the appearance is so off putting as well as unhygienic.

The bathtub was very slippery and had no rubber mat or rough bottom and my wife slipped and injured her ribs. I informed the staff and they said they were going to look into it and see if there could be something done about the lack of something that wasn't as smooth. Hopefully the hotel takes this seriously as someone could get hurt much more than my wive did.

The location is good not only closed to the shopping street and city centre but it is also near the central station which is convenient to have a short trip. room is a bit small

Good location Very poor quality rooms, upon arrival, I thought bed wasn't ready because the duvet was folded on top of the mattress, turns out that's the way this hotel presents the room to its guests!!! Now for 1300dk I do expect my duvet to be fully spread on my bed. Also it was a very small single duvet for a double bed, so not sure how their calculations work.

Good location - 5 min from the Central station, 30 min from the airport (by train), 5 min to Tivoli, 10 min to Stroget - main shopping and walk street. Breakfast is usual, rooms are usual. Lidl and 7-eleven shops are in the nearby. The price is not fair for such quality - but it is usual for Copenhagen - "Everything is "cheap" in Denmark" :). Rooms were not renovated for a long period. A good point to stay for 1-2 nights - for business or tourist, but not more. You can not get pleasure staing there.

Very comfortable bed and a nice deep bath to relax in The curtains in my room 577 need replacing a large number of small holes. Choice of English speaking/subtitled TV channels for me was ne thing lacking no sports channel

Good breakfast (buffet) and nice restaurant. Very competitive staff. Very good location! The tv and bathroom are not very modern, but everything is clean and we didn't go there to be watching the tely, so it wasn't a problem for us at all!
