The staf is friendly- I havestayed there many times if is a fairly welll situated hotel My room very not properly cleaned upon arrival- and it is getting very worn out |

Location is central. Rooms are small but comfortable. Front desk staff are reasonably helpful. Room cleaning service lacks a few edges. Hard to describe as it would be unfair to say rooms were unclean but you don't get the feeling that they overextend themselves beyond a cursory wipe and a bedmake. Also they say you can sandwiches 24/7 from reception but there were none available for 3 nights of my stay so either they are 'fibbing' or they host lots of night munchers. Would still stay again |

Room was clean Upon our arrival at 22.15hrs we were told that despite our guaranteed booking, all rooms had been given away. We had to wait an hour before alternative arrangements were made and then had to take a taxi for 40mins to a hotel 30km outside of Copenhagen. We were able to return the following day to complete our stay, however no formal apology was made for the major inconvience caused. |

Hotel is about 200 m from the main railway station and with a train you can get there in 15 minutes from/to the airport. Spacious double room with convenient queen-size bed and free coffee and tee insight. Good breakfast and free internet access. Hotel and breakfast prices are higher compared to the similar quality in other European countries but this seems to be a common practice in Copenhagen. |

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare la città. il rapporto qualità prezzo è risultato ottimo. Qualora dovessi ritornare a Copenaghen probabilmente opterò ancora per questo hotel. Il numero di turisti italiani è piuttosto significativo......magari se alla reception ci fosse qualcuno in grado di parlare italiano! |

La vicinanza al centro città e la possibilità di arrivarci dall'aereoporto molto facilmente con il treno, in una decina di minuti ( la stazione ferroviaria è vicinissima ). Inoltre la cortesia del personale alla reception. Il ritardo con cui è stata pulita la camera. Ma l'albergo è molto grande ed io ci ho soggiornato solo un week end : può essersi trattato soltanto di una coincidenza |

Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig service hos personalet. Parkeringsmulighet i kjelleren er også et viktig punkt. God sentral beliggenhet. Hotellet er relativt nytt, jeg har bodd der flere ganger de siste årene men syntes nå at det begynner å se slitt ut på rommene. Tydelig manglende vedlikehold siden sist. |

Synd att inte frukost är inkluderat, hellre ett högre pris och det ingår än att det kostar 145 dkk, då blir det plötsligt dyrt. Då vi checkade ut fick vi betala för att vi använt telefonen och det internt mellan våra 2 rum, bara 12 dkk men ändå. Har aldrig varit med om att den interna telefonen kostar... |
