Brightly furnished holiday cottage with a modern furnishing. A house for families that appreciate comfort and interesting details. The living room has high-vaulted ceilings and large panoramic windows with exit to the terrace and garden. These provide a bright indoor environment. The living room is divided into a TV section with a sofa and a dining/kitchen section. The bathroom has a shower and sauna. The scullery has a table for cleaning fish. The 109 m² make the house very spacious. There is a fireplace in the garden. Approx. 200 metres to a good child-friendly beach and only a few km from Aabenraa golf course.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
