First Hotel G & Apartments  

Apartment ideal for simple meal preparation. No toaster available, limiting one to by pastries or have bread with breakfast. The whole idea of an apartment is for flexible cooking of ones own meals when away for a long time. Laundry facility very advantageous. Veronica the female receptionist was exceptionally helpful and nothing was to difficult, delightful.

Wifi not working as expected, indifference from male receptionist at the the time. Seeing as we are so dependent now on Internet for bookings, this was a little inconvenient. Housekeeping patchy, last few days empty bottles not removed from kitchen.

The apartment was comfortable, we had a room overlooking the inner courtyard so it was quiet. The standard of the apartment was high (it was clean, towels were changed, furniture was good). The location is great, close to the Lakes, some hip districts (like Nörrebrö), the city centre and the Metro (which links into town and directly to the airport).

The kitchen is very basic, so functions more for a breakfast/snack facility than a self-catering apartment. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery available. There was no toaster in the room and one didn't seem to ever be available when we asked. This was a very minor annoyance and would not put me off staying again.

Location, location, location... It's so conveniently located near Tivoli and walking distance to the station! Busses around the city are just by the corner and of course the room and staff was very nice!

Space wise it's not all that grt.. But the bathroom was nie and quiet ok. That abt it.. Also it lacks a stove which I missed as I have a 10month old baby and needs it but we managed!

Simple room/apartment (picture on internet looksmuch nicer), breakfast was very basic

Small apartment, consisting of two rooms and a kitchen. Good facilities, close to the center, good breakfast.

Shower in a bathroom was a bit small. The apartment doesn't look very similar to the pictures provided in the booking.com site, yet it is still convenient.

There is no kitchen fixtures in the apartment, no deep plate.... Very small rooms No bathroom only shower Room service was very obsessive. They don't let you sleep and every 20 minutes come to your room and try to clean it ...

My booking was not known to the hotel when I arrived ( but they solved the problem efficiently).

wifi was very poor... disconnected every 3 minutes...

No internet on the 1st floor. Nobody tried to solve the problem in the router! At the reception were all very bad!

Good location, near the city centre

1. Quality of the room- not even 3*. Rooms needs to be repare. 2. Not convenient shower doors, too small wash basin, music device was not working, kitchen has no cooking place

Location and accommodation great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great room. The only 'downer' was the waste flow in the sink and shower was very slow.

Allocated room, on the main street for the first night, was very noisy as air con is not available and we needed to have the windows open after a very hot day. After moving to a different room overlooking a courtyard,on the same floor , the place was as good as perfect. You should state in advertising that a/c is not available.

The rooms was not too clean. Poor breakfast, empty plates and terrible coffee. No air condition.

Space Of an apartment.

It was hot and the A/C was not working. First Hotel claimed to have A/C. Gave us a discount but it was not enough to make up for being so hot.

We stayed for three nights. During this period the room was not serviced once. There was no WiFi in the room despite the fact that this was promised. The music centre in the room did not work at all. The lift to the top floor did not work. The room was once nice, but now looks tired and shabby. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere.

We had an apartment and it was ligth, big and airy. Modern and quiet. Not in the deadsenter of Copenhagen, but in ok walkingdistance.

*The cleaning was very bad. There were spiderwebs in every corner and old food under the sofabed. *There was leaking wather both from the shower and the kitchen. *The room was pretty new, but it felt worn and cheap

Good location and got a room with a great view. Suites are complete with a kitchenette and a separate living room with tv (no tv in the bedroom).

Staff was friendly and tried to deliver good service

Very noisy rooms. First night I had a room to a 8-lanes main street with windows that do not protect against noise. The hotel was friendly enough to change the room to a allegedly quieter one to the back. Unfortunately the wall neighbors a squash court where the last match end at 11.15 pm and the first started at 5.57 am. Better go to another hotel to have a comfortable quiet stay.

The dustbins were not emptied on arrival. That is when you realize you prefer your own waste above the waste of a stranger.

Other guest made party, but they stoped after we complained in reception.

Not so clean, some furtinures not funtional. Soap dispenser not working. Noise from other rooms.
