Comfortable room like an apartment with separate bedroom, nice bathroom, small kitchen but only a hotplate to cook on. On returning one night found housekeeping had not closed door, but nothing missing. Heat was insufficient at times, thermostat was not connected to anything. |

We liked the large size of the room/apartment. We liked having a refrigerator and other kitchen equipment. Also the walk-in shower was good. The wash basin in the bathroom was very small and positioned in the space between two mirrors, so it was a bit awkward to see one's face. Bathroom door had no lock. |

Confortable apartment, easy access to city centre, good compact kitchen and lounge area. Very good breakfast offering. If returning to Copenhagan would stay at this hotel again. Poor state of two items of furniture, handle loose on fridge, front of bedside locker came off in my hand. |

The breakfast service was good and beds were comfortable. Unprofessional desk staff, unclean rooms/bathroom, maid never got to clean room so we gave up, broken/missing window hardware(couldn't close or open some) No working telephones in any rooms, broken ac in all rooms - very dissatisfied. Many people in lobby with same complaints. Take this off your listing!!!! |

Apartment was spacious, bright, and clean. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had plenty of mirrors and kitchen was sufficient for lunch prep. Price was excellent given the above. The room allocated had great views. Breakfast was reasonable, and within expectations. Based on the feedback on this website, we were expecting some problems. A/c, TV and internet in room did not work in room. TV was promptly fixed, and we used another free WiFi. We did not query the a/c, as windows provided sufficient ventilation. Ear plugs are recommmended (as in any city). These points did not result in our stay being compromised. |

The location of the hotel was reasonable--about a 10-minute walk to Tivoli and the main shopping area. The breakfast was also fine, although we had to wait for a table and had to ask one of the staff to clean off a table for us once one became free. There were so many problems with this hotel! We wanted an apartment with a kitchen that we could cook in, since our son has food allergies. But the "kitchen" in our unit had no stove or microwave, and when we asked, we were told that we had to reserve a microwave in advance, and that none were available. In addition, dishes were not clean (and no soap was provided to wash them), the blinds in the living room were broken, and the telephone did not work. The room was also so small that we could hardly walk around the bed, and it was so hot (even though it was cool outside) that we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all night. We couldn't wait to leave! |

Good and friendly staff at the reception, ability to park our car and bikes, flexible enough to change our reservation on-the-fly. Two things: 1. Shower water barrier with rest of bathroom was worthless, every time the complete floor was flooded with water. 2. Poor setup of the breakfast environment, not enough tables, not enough personell to facilitate smooth flow-through. |

Modernistic, austere design of the apt. Availablity of computers and the internet. Helpful staff. Enjoyed their breakfast and having a refrigerator in room. Great location to center of Copenhagen, shopping, train station and Trivoli, about 5 minute walk. Lack of air conditioning, which we were told was broken. Windows opened, which helped, however, no screens. Hotel was recently purchased and were asked for our indulgence, while they went through the rooms, replacing missing items, and we had missing items (sections of horizontal blinds.) No black out curtains, so hard to sleep due to sun going down at 11pm and rising around 3. |

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable. The only negative point for me was that the blinds let in too much light so a lie-in in the morning was not possible as the room was so bright. |

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel very good value for money and rooms decorated in pleasant contemporary style. Breakfast provided very generous. Room was on a very busy street resulting in traffic noise. Curtaining not sufficient to keep out early light. |

Close enough to the city The room was so hot we had trouble sleeping. We had to open the windows but then it was noisy. Also, the sun starts coming in the room at 3am so they need better window coverings. Couch also uncomfortable. Breakfast average. |

Friendly staff and spacious rooms - those facing the back are very quiet despite the location. Funky design makes it much better than the usual run of the mill hotels. Lacking maintenance but the hotel has had three owners in the last year. Staff tell us the new owners are serious about turning the place around - hope so! |

Nice hotel, lovely staff, very clean, although a bit pricey. Nice to have so much space in the room however. Ideal for longer stays given the kitchette etc. |
