was basic nothing special

all facilities were ok

Both the night & day desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The housekeeping staff honored my request not to enter my room during my stay. Food in the hotel restaurant was good, especially the breakfast. All in all a very good value. I hope to stay here again on future trips.

heating batteries on top floors don't work very well. probably air has to be drained from them.

It's just a fair business hotel, with all the basics needed. In general not to bad.

The room was a little to small in my opinion and the hotwater shower lacks pressure.

the restaurant is good quality food and nice/friendly environment

the noise level! The rooms are very noisy - can hear the person above, below and side 2 side showering, using the bathroom - even opening a jar of something. very very noisy from early in the morning making it impossible to sleep passed 6am

Value for Money

The room was clean and the breakfast was good

We asked for and were given a "family" room as there were 3 adults and one 11 year old boy, the room was a double and they just put 2 camp stretchers in the room, they were so thin my daughter got a very sore back from trying to sleep on it. We had to fold up one of the stretchers to move around, and there was not enough room to open our suitcases. The hotel is 15 minutes by train out of Copenhagen and after travelling for 3 weeks around Europe this was by far the most expensive hotel we had.

Sufficiently big parking space on the back side of hotel. Good high speed wireless network. Quiet and clean hotel.

Reported difficulties for incoming calls (callers) to get through reception to be connected to room.

Away from the center of Copenhagen, quiet, about as affordable as you can get in Copenhagen. Free wi-fi, free off street parking.

We were impressed by the Gentofte Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly. We would stay again any tine.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location in a quiet residential area close to a railway station with frequent connections to downtown Copenhague

Noisy delivery trucks early in the morning on the parking lot

Nice hotel just outside Kopenhagen. Very quiet location, nice lake just 5 minutes away, very suitable for a 2,5 km walk around the lake. Hotel ok, rooms ok, good breakfast buffet, rather expensive though. We did however like the free private parking.

Although the hotel is suitable for a few nights during a city trip, it is rather expensive.

Breakfast failed bacon and egg. Bread was dry.

The breakfast buffet was delightful. The bed was a little tippy, but clean and the shower was wonderful, but sprayed everywhere. I enjoyed my visit thoroughly.

Hurtig aftensmad. Det er dejligt når man kommer hjem efter en lang dag på jobbet at man ikke skal sidde og vente længe på maden. Og god reception med hurtig check in og check out

Jeg savner et fitness rum eller guidance til hvor det er muligt. Der er ikke nogen faciliteter udover restaurant

Vi var til konfirmation på hotellet. Det var nemt at bo samme sted. Værelset lidt lille, men OK til prisen.Morgenmaden var god.
