Room was comfortable and clean but very basic. Staff were friendly. Very expensive with no breakfast included. No hairdryer! No air conditioning so the room was really hot even with window open - bathroom tiny and shower was just a floor space between the toilet and basin! no glasses for drinks or mini bar - for the price, all of the above should have been a minimum standard.

The transportation is quite convinient, very close to a lake. There is a supermarket nearby so that you can easily buy some food. The surroundings are quiet...

The room was advertised as a "family room" that could hold four people. It turned out to be a standard double room with an extra bed put in there. Nice enough, but not what one may expect from a "family room". I can't imagine how you can squeeze four people in such a room.

Very pleasant staff, the extra cot/bed for our daughter was very firm and pleasant to sleep on, clean and renovated bathroom, fairly close to Copenhagen, decent price, parking facilities, quite adequate breakfast.

I vent in the breakfast room 6.50 am and the service person was so angry and kick me out, because the breakfast starts 7 am. 12 persons waits in the front and they really starts 7.04 am. That behave is ridiculous.

the room was ready and waiting for me - I first had a room facing a wall (isenkræmmeren) but upon request I was given a room facing the parking lot and the graveyard - much better, but quite a lot of noise from the 5th floor. Next time I would much prefer a room on the 3rd floor facing the graveyard. I think the breakfast was lousy - the same both days - nothing warm/hot (bacon and eggs f.i.)+(lots of fresh fruit) and not just 10 not very interesting grapes. The bread was OK but when the waiter enters the room with lots of new bread and rolls I expected it to be nice and warm/hot not just out of the freezer a couple of hours earlier. The coffee was from the early morning and not interesting.Sorry about these negative remarks - but these thing are essential for me

The food in the restaurent was just ok, nothing more - I did expect more. The morning buffet was ok, but a bit on the plain side. The windows (the wood frams) was quite durty!

We stayed at this hotel a few days while we were on tour in Copenhagen. We liked the hotel very good, staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. A good breakfast was included in the room. Close to the train to Copenhagen. We'd like us to go here again another time.

I only slept and showerd nin the room, I was busy elsewhere. Double beds are actually 2 single beds with flimsy mattresses. Some rooms didn't have tea and coffee making facilities.
