We are always made so welcome. We have stayed at The Grand several times now and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Copenhagen. It is central to everything, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is amazing! I would like tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is exellent, close to a parking house. The rooms could be upgraded, and look into cleaning, my room 103 had spider web in the ceeling, not the worst of problems, but you start thinking of the quality of the cleaning

Good location and easy to find from the train station. 3mins walk to tivoli gardens and 5 mins walk to the pedestrain shopping street. There is free wifi throughout the hotel and english tv channels. Condition is quite run down and rooms are tiny. Eventhough the lifts service every floor, we had to walk down a short flight of steps to get to our room (strangely). The bathroom has 2 taps, it takes some time for the hot water to warm up hence difficult to manage the mixing. There is no kettle, fridge or safe in the hotel. Overall not up to the service standards of a 4 star hotel, and is overpriced.

The hotel was fine. Quality of room was worth the money I gave. It was small, but clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Breakfast was not included into the price, but I decided to pay for it. Location is excellent for those who want to go around the city - it is in the center of the city. Metro and train station are in the walking distance - about 1 minute of walking. Although I reserved and payed for the triple room, it was actually twin bedroom, with extra bed. That extra bed was bad, really bad. We were there in December, and the room was not heated up enough. After I informed the receptionist about this, they gave us electric heater.

Friendly staff Location Although we knew that the room will be small, we believe the management should invest at least in refurbishing the bathroom, very old and rusty (bad tub, etc.). Also the insulation (Window) was very old and poor, resulting in high levels of street noise, but surely also in higher energy consumption. We would recommend the hotel in general but not room 112.

Very convenient location, we walked from the train station. Very friendly front desk staff. We had to miss our breakfast the morning we left, as we needed to be at the train station for 6. Coffee and some fruit left out would have been great.

The location close to the railway station is exellent. And the breakfast buffet was quite good. The bed was also fairly comfortable. The bathroom was not good enough, with a shower that made almost the whole bathroom floor wet when used. And the room was very small.

At the hotel, there was a nice italian restaurant, with a very nice food. The hotel was quite old, and some rooms quite small, but there was enough place for two persons. Bathtub with hot water was something special, what we needed and liked a lot, coz it was so cold outside. The receptionists were very kind. The situation near the busstation and Tivoli is practical.

Kind staff at the reception The hotel is worn out and really needs a renovation/refurbishment. It looks more like a two star hotel. There was nothing Superior about the room at all.

Great location 3 min. From the train station, absolutely delicious breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs with huge choice of food (yoghurts, various kinds of bread and buns, sausages, eggs, vegetables, cheeses, pancakes etc.). The hotel is perfect if you care about the location more than about the standard. I used a 50% off offer and booked a room called "Standard". Instead I was placed in what I'm sure was a "Tourist" one. It was very clean and quite comfortable anyway, but extremely small (large bathroom though) and the standard was quite low. I was there for one night only and wanted to see the city in the evening and it worked perfectly but as many wrote before, this hotel is not even close to 4 stars.

I liked the hotel's central location, genteel old word charm, the cordial and helpful staff, my pleasant, quiet room, and perhaps especially the wonderful breakfast. It included everything from both Scandinavian, English and American traditions, and all of it of excellent quality. - My "standard single room" was spacier than some European rooms of that description, especially in older hotels.

Very good location, free wifi internet (although not very strong signal in room 328). Good breakfast too. Room small, bed extra small (very surprising for a norther European country), limited TV channels.

Well situated in the city center This hotel is certainly not 4-stars. Rooms are small, dirty, noisy, bad ventilation, fungus in the bathroom. Really no value for these prices.
