Nice clean rooms with good size and very nice beds. Excellent breakfast buffé, with much to chose from. Very nice SPA facility. Even though the room was for non-smoking, the room smelled alot from cigarettes. |

the staff is really unhelpful: I asked for an adapter for the plug of my computer, which usually I can borrow. But they said they can only sales it to me. So I was forced to buy it. Moreover the breakfast was schedule from 7 to 10 o'clock in the morning. but at quarter to 10 they already start to remove the food and to prepare the room for the lunch, even if you where still there having your breakfast. This sounds to me very impolite. |

Nice spacious room, although a bit warm in the summer. Good quality breakfast. On site parking for free. Bike rental service. 5 minutes walk from nearest train station. Located besides busy road into the city. |

Light clean rooms, spa center for quests Had a misunderstanding with money reservation on credit cards - the staff tried to solve but not successfully. Wi-Fi was working very slowly. |

Nice and simple hotel with easy access to the highway and trainstation. Free parking and free internet. good staff As a non business traveler i would have liked if the hotel has had a bar and an good area for enjoying a drink in the evening. |

I liked most aspects of the hotel, including the friendly people in the reception. I like everything except the service in the resturant. It was disgruntled and not very service minded too often during my 13 day stay. |

Desk personel very helpffull (gave un upgraded room at no extra charge for the last nght because of heavy street noise complaint) - free parking - Free internet - good buffet breakfast For this catagory disappointing no airconditioning available. Room got very very hot. Leaving window open you will get all the street noise as well. So at a point had to ask for another room. They gave me an upgraded twin room for my last night. |

absolutely nothing,no other hotels within 15 miles of copenhagen were available poorly furnished,telephone did not work, I had to pay six dollars for a adapter to plug in my electric shaver. Room rate outrageous for a fourth rate hotel. Inadequate staff my wife and I had to carry our own luggage from taxi to room and room to taxi. Beds terrible,adequate for a child. |

Generic business hotel - nicely appointed and high cleanliness standard but nothing remarkable Hotel Staff performance was ludicrus - at time of checkout (around 11 AM) there was a line of 5 people waiting to check in/out however only one receptionist out front and another receptionist had to be instructed to assist by a manager before he could be bothered to come out front. |

Very good value for Copenhagen if you pay the weekend discount rate. Very nice buffet breakfast. Not far from Glostrup Station with excellent train link to the centre of Copenhagen (10 kms away). Only 20 channels on TV (and 9 of these were Pay channels). Traffic noise from main road meant keeping the window closed at night. Located in a boring neighbourhood. |

Permanent sewage smell in the bathroom. My colleague in a separate room had the same experience. The room and bathroom in particular were dated, the hotel falls well short of the claimed 4 stars. |

det var nemt at booke, da jeg gjorde det imens jeg var på "vejen" kom lidt sent men de var utrolig søde til at tilbyde en morgenkomplet som jeg kunne tage med om morgene da jeg kørte meget tidligt |

Venlig og imødekommende velkomst, relevante oplysninger. Flot pynt, pænt og rent over alt. Et minus morgenbrød var meget hårdt, røreæg og pølser kolde. |

Dejligt friskt personale, både ved in- og udtjek. Blev tilbudt opgradering fra standard til business mod merpris, ingen sure miner, da vi takkede nej. Meget fint værelse til prisen. Lidt bedre hovedpuder ville gøre underværker, fyldet klumpede meget. (Billigt fiberfyld) |
