Desk personel very helpffull (gave un upgraded room at no extra charge for the last nght because of heavy street noise complaint) - free parking - Free internet - good buffet breakfast For this catagory disappointing no airconditioning available. Room got very very hot. Leaving window open you will get all the street noise as well. So at a point had to ask for another room. They gave me an upgraded twin room for my last night. |

absolutely nothing,no other hotels within 15 miles of copenhagen were available poorly furnished,telephone did not work, I had to pay six dollars for a adapter to plug in my electric shaver. Room rate outrageous for a fourth rate hotel. Inadequate staff my wife and I had to carry our own luggage from taxi to room and room to taxi. Beds terrible,adequate for a child. |

Generic business hotel - nicely appointed and high cleanliness standard but nothing remarkable Hotel Staff performance was ludicrus - at time of checkout (around 11 AM) there was a line of 5 people waiting to check in/out however only one receptionist out front and another receptionist had to be instructed to assist by a manager before he could be bothered to come out front. |

Very good value for Copenhagen if you pay the weekend discount rate. Very nice buffet breakfast. Not far from Glostrup Station with excellent train link to the centre of Copenhagen (10 kms away). Only 20 channels on TV (and 9 of these were Pay channels). Traffic noise from main road meant keeping the window closed at night. Located in a boring neighbourhood. |

Permanent sewage smell in the bathroom. My colleague in a separate room had the same experience. The room and bathroom in particular were dated, the hotel falls well short of the claimed 4 stars. |

Excellent value for money, a bit ( maybe a bit more...) far from the city center, but we had a rental car so we didn't mind. Rooms were great, so was breakfast. In conclusion, highly recommended if you don't thij that distance from the city center is not an issue... |

Na een zeer warme dag kregen we een kamer met air conditioning en dat was een verademing. In het overigens uitstekende restaurant was geen airco en het was er 's avonds niet om te harden. Ook 's ochtens bij het ontbijt hing de warmte er nog steeds |

De gratis parkeergelegenheid, de bereikbaarheid vanuit Nederland, de wellnessruimte, het ontbijtbuffet en in ons geval de stille ligging van de kamer. Wij hebben de aanwezigheid van airconditioning node gemist in dit viersterrenhotel. De 4 nachten dat wij er waren, bleef het veel te warm op de kamer voor een ontspannen nachtrust. |

Rustige ligging en door de aanbieding redelijk geprijsd. Kamers kunnen iets beter worden schoongemaakt verder volledig ingerciht en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. |

hotelet opfylder mit behov, som base for en lille ferie i / ved København. Mogen bufeten var måske en smule mere skrabet i forhold til sidste gang jeg besøgte stedet, ..- men o k Personalet bør i deres ordvalg være omhyggelig , således af hotelgæsten oplever , at "kunden har altid ret" . |
