Glostrup Park Hotel

Huone oli hyvin siisti ja koko hotelli oli rauhallinen. Parkkitilaa löytyi ja koirien ulkoilutukseen sopiva puisto oli ihan vieressä. Olimme koiranäyttelymatkalla.

Ravintola oli täyteen varattu ensimmäisenä iltana.

Hotelli oli siisti, hyvällä paikalla ja eläinystävällinen. Aamupala erittäin hyvä.

Huonepalvelun ruoka oli tosi hyvää ja hintansa väärti. Hotelli oli kiva ja siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiakaspalveluhenkistä. Olisi voinut olla myös rennompi ravintola hotellin yhteydessä. Alkuillasta oli välillä tosi meluisaa, kuin olisi ollut kuntosalin alakerrassa.

the staff is really unhelpful: I asked for an adapter for the plug of my computer, which usually I can borrow. But they said they can only sales it to me. So I was forced to buy it. Moreover the breakfast was schedule from 7 to 10 o'clock in the morning. but at quarter to 10 they already start to remove the food and to prepare the room for the lunch, even if you where still there having your breakfast. This sounds to me very impolite.

Had a misunderstanding with money reservation on credit cards - the staff tried to solve but not successfully. Wi-Fi was working very slowly.

I liked most aspects of the hotel, including the friendly people in the reception.

I like everything except the service in the resturant. It was disgruntled and not very service minded too often during my 13 day stay.

Desk personel very helpffull (gave un upgraded room at no extra charge for the last nght because of heavy street noise complaint) - free parking - Free internet - good buffet breakfast

For this catagory disappointing no airconditioning available. Room got very very hot. Leaving window open you will get all the street noise as well. So at a point had to ask for another room. They gave me an upgraded twin room for my last night.

absolutely nothing,no other hotels within 15 miles of copenhagen were available

poorly furnished,telephone did not work, I had to pay six dollars for a adapter to plug in my electric shaver. Room rate outrageous for a fourth rate hotel. Inadequate staff my wife and I had to carry our own luggage from taxi to room and room to taxi. Beds terrible,adequate for a child.

Very good value for Copenhagen if you pay the weekend discount rate. Very nice buffet breakfast. Not far from Glostrup Station with excellent train link to the centre of Copenhagen (10 kms away).

Only 20 channels on TV (and 9 of these were Pay channels). Traffic noise from main road meant keeping the window closed at night. Located in a boring neighbourhood.

Permanent sewage smell in the bathroom. My colleague in a separate room had the same experience. The room and bathroom in particular were dated, the hotel falls well short of the claimed 4 stars.
