The hotel was light and airy and the room comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking space and the location was superb. There was no choice for evening meal; but what we had was very good. We were surprised at having to pay extra: 100 D Kr per person to use the pool. |

convenient and easy to find for first-time visitors to Grenaa only one thing: we had dinner at the Helnan and chose a menu which had no price list! |

The hotel is on the edge of Grenaa and a short walk (10 mins) from the sea and harbour. It's also a short walk down quiet roads to the small town of Grenaa where there are seveal small resuarants and bars, including a Chinese Restaurant which offered good value. There are a limited number of shops in the town, and they close at usual Danish times. The hotel restaurant could only offer me a buffet meal during the evening of my stay, which is why I walked to the town |

Har aldrig oplevet et hotel hvor man skal betale ekstra for at bruge poolen. Meget dårlig restaurent. Servicen beskidt, man skulle konstant bede om at få rene tallerkner og bestik i buffetten. De beskidte tallerkner blev ikke fjernet fra bordene løbene. Fuldstændig ubrugelig ske til at tage is med. Restaurenten meget ringe. Vil ikke anbefale nogen at overnatte på hotellet |

Staub auf den Möbeln. Defekte Lampe. Fenster konnte nicht sicher auf Kipp gestellt werden. Es wird der Eindruck geweckt, dass man auch Sauna und Schwimmbad benutzen kann, was aber nicht möglich ist, ohne das ganze Wellnesspaket zu bezahlen. |

Velfungerende hotel med professionelt personale. Fantastisk beliggenhed med afslappet atmosfære. Især til wellness er dette hotel ideelt med de mange forskellige muligheder, som hotellet byder på. Når hotellet slår på lokale øl som noget specielt, er det lidt ærgeligt, at der ikke kunne fås disse på netop den aften, hvor jeg havde valgt at overnatte på hotellet. |

ordentlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, mittlere Austattung, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage am Meer, wunderschöne Landschaft, das Hotel sollte mehr Bodenständigkeit aufbauen, Gourmetrestaurant ist das nicht und passt auch überhaupt nicht zu diesem netten Hotel, warum gibt es so wenig Fischgerichte, wenn man einen Hafen vor der Haustür hat ??? |

Pænt rent hotel med imødekommen reception og pænt rengjort værelse. Morgenmad ikke tilfredsstillende. Pålægget var tørt, Meget lidt scramplet æg og bacon. Franskbrød som vi selv skulle skære, manglede serviet til at lægge over, således at man ikke berørte franskbrødet med hænderne. (Andre skal jo også skære skiver af franskbrødet). |
