It needs a general cleaning and facelift.

The food was exellent

The bathroom was not clean

We had to stay in smokingroom since wehad a dog- It was filthy and disgusting, the curtains were brown, should hav been white. The bathroom disgusting, and had not been properly cleaned for a lot of time. The mirror was shady, somebody just took a cloth and wiped it....have been staying in that hotel for nearly 30 years, this was the last time !!

We think that the rooms look at little weared out - beds need to be upgraded - seems different from room to room - perhaps we were a little unlucky

Evening restaurant was old fashioned and out of touch with modern living. Full silver service, cut glass and uniformed waiters is very 19 th century. The restaurant failed to cater for people who need a simple well valued meal. That's why it was empty!

The fitness room

No bathtub in bathroom the room was very dark and the lamps not giving enough light the television was small and with an unclear picture a doormat in the room would have been nice these snowy days

The staff is always helpful. And even if the marvel of an elevator sometimes need a Christmas break, there is nothing to be mad about.

There was a hole in the wall in my room. So it was very cold draft. 405

The location was good. Not as close to the train station as I might have liked but very convenient to the old city and tourist sites.

The gym equipment was adequate but not great.

This is not a 4 star hotell more like1 star. The rooms were dirty and smelled smoke everywere. No table in the diningroom were clean. The worst hotell we have visited tips summer. I was suprised that this hotel is offered by booking.com

OK breakfast.

Worn out. Very small room. Extremely small bathroom. Very old TV. Useless internet connection. Not enough parking spaces.

Interesting building. Close walking distance to historic city center. Great staff.

It was at the heart of the center of the city so it was very easily accessible. Undoubtedly a nice ambience, with clean and big enough rooms and an amazing ''morgen mad'' (breakfast)

Excellent room, service and atmosphere. Situated next to the shopping district.

The hotel is brimmed with history. Every room is different. The staff is very friendly. And the location in the city centre is perfect.

God kaffe, da vi ankom

Morgenmaden var intet mindre end forfærdelig. Alt fra hårdkogte æg, elendig scarmbled æg, bløde "rundstykker" (Hattings de værste), kedeligt pålæg, elendig kaffe. Aldrig har jeg fået så skidt et morgenbord på hotel.

Personalet i receptionen fredag og fredag nat var meget søde

Kunne godt være mere sund morgenmad . Mere frugt

Meget lækkert hotel med god service.

Sköna sängar. Bra frukost. Läget mitt i stan. Billig parkering 75 dkr.

Blev översvämning i badrummet då man duschade. Slitet hotell i gammal stil. Tjock-TV.
