Det var fint og avslappende , Alt var fint, bortset fra gardinene på rommet de var møkete, mulig blod på dem det var ganske u delikat på et sånn hotel. Desuten så ser jeg på nett banken at betaling ble trekket 2 ganger |

Lyse tiltalende rom. Imponerende utsikt.Rene " linjer " på de arktiketoniske løsnigene. - Tilbudet fra resepsjons personalet om mulighten for en oppgradering til 12. etg. til en akseptabel pris. -For stor resturant med dårlig akustikk, høyt støynivå.ikke aktuelt å sette seg å spise et bedre måltid alene ( eller sammen med en person til et romantisk måltid ) - Tepper på gulvene på rommene er et stort minus |

The hotel is perfect for the overnight stop-over to catch an early morning flight. However, they are fully aware of that and priced accordingly. The staff were friendly and helpful, however check-in is a bit of a free for all, and being English, I know how to queue and wait my turn. Unfortunately, staff behind the desk have an inability to see who is next and check-in the nearest person. My room was very well presented and spacious but with a hugely inflated price due to their captive audience. The restaurant was a huge disappointment, vastly inflated prices sand I felt sub-standard quality in ratio to the price paid, for the first ever in Scandinavia, I ordered 3 courses and I was still hungry. My main course was around €30 and the size of Restaurants & over-all value for money. |

It's IN the airport. I woke up 1.5 hr before my flight departed and still had time for a shower, breakfast, etc. |

The fact that there was a helpful friendly person at every turn to offer assistance to me and my aged Aunt Service and quality of bar food. We ordered a club sandwich, a bottle of water and a coffee. The cold toasted sandwiches arrived 30 minutes later when I asked where they were. The cold fired egg and dried out chicken left a lot to be desired. |

Location to the airport is a plus with only a few minute indoor walk from the airport to the hotel; also proximity to local transit to downtown. |

Value for money depends on what deal you had. We had a great deal with you. We stayed subsequently on our return and thought the price was too high. We loved the hotel as a wonderful check in check out hotel with easy access to downtown and obviously the airport. The hotel is well designed, great rooms and wonderful breakfast if that is included. The deal we got weith Booking was fabulous..... |

The ease with which we reached the hotel and its convenience to us as travelers departing from Copenhagen Airport the next day. It was very functional, and the breakfast was generous and well-prepared. The service during breakfast was perfunctory and the wall beside our table needed to be cleaned--food splatters on it. |

Efficient Service, cleanliness, huge room, direct connection to Terminal 2 (no need to get a cab, just walk into hotel). It was a plus a we just stayed while on a connection flight. If you get a good price could be a good option vis-a-vis overpriced alternatives in the city center. There is direct connection to the subway (15-20 min. to the center). |
