The airport location is very convenient, as are the rail links. The rooms are large. There was a good breakfast selection, and the early time that it is available is covenient if you have an early flight as I did. The gym (while good to have at the hotel) was small and stuffy, and I would have appreciated some music playing in there. |

If you have to stay 1night at Copenhagen airport its a good choice, if you get a good deal. I paid 950 danish crowns for a dbl room which is a very good deal Far from the city if you want to discover copenhagen |

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night before a Princess Baltic Sea cruise and all I can say about this hotel is PERFECT. It’s in a very good location right at the airport (no need to walk outside). The train takes you into Copenhagen center in 15 min and is very convenient. You can buy a 24 hour pass which covers all public transport in Copenhagen which also enabled us to go onto the hop on hop off tourist bus very good value. Breakfast was great and the service was very good at breakfast and at reception. Hint if you are going to a cruise. Best way is to take the train to Copenhagen central and board a train at platform 9-10 and get off at NORDHAVN station (there are lifts at every station for luggage) from here you have a ¾ km walk to |

In Scandinavia, it is now customary not to show respect to other human beings by not using titles. This comes from an absurd idea of "equality". But I assume the guests who stay at Hilton-Castrup are international, coming from all over the world. In that case, the hotel should know how guests from other cultures and civilizations wish to be treated. Do not treat them as Scandinavians. Show respect to guests. I infer many guests from Southern Europe, East and Southern Asia, as well as from higher strata of American and British societies feel disgusted by this vulgarity. This comment applies even to Booking.Com. |

It is located next to the airport. Very convenient if you are catching the early morning flight. The standing lamp did not work and the electrical supply tripped when using the hair dryer. |

The service was great with a smile, the room was perfect. A lot of choice at breakfast with good quality food.. The minibar was well overpriced. You can not pick up the items and look at them because it senses it and thinks you have taken it so need to pay for it. |

The vicinity to the airport. Also, it's very clean and neat and the dinner buffet was good. Overpriced and does not come with any "extras" or complementary treats. A cup of coffee and small bottle of water costs 18 dollars in the bar. They even charge for the entrance to the hotel spa, never seen such a practice in another spa hotel before! |
