undercover access from airport is poor, dining and bar are souless

Room service call back to make sure all was in order, and the fact that he tried to push for desserts was a nice touch because even if it was a sales picth, I still thought it was handled well.

The receptionist was not in his comfort zone with regards to HHonours program and could not answer me if the reservation was on my account. Told me to call "them" to get my creditcard on my account even though that was not my question?

With reference to your email dated 1st May, please note I was one of the first guests at your hotel when first opened, if I remember right about 10 years ago, and having lived many years in Malaysia and still continue to live in Malaysia, whenever I travel to Denmark I always wish to make a stopover at the Hilton Copenhagen Airport as my residence during my stay, however, at times I continue directly to Skagen where my family and I have a residence, so in conclusion I find your hotel excellent including the service, as well as your facilities, and hence always look forward to be a guest of your hotel.

I really liked the staff - I thought they were very friendly. The restaurant recommendation they gave us for the Sunday night was awesome - Fiat Trattoria. I know that some would want to be very central but to be honest 1) I liked that it was near the beach (Amager Strand) 2) it's not far outside of central Copenhagen and the metro is simple to figure out (about 10/15 mins) 3) you get more from your money staying at this hotel than centrally (a part from the breakfast - this was far too expensive for what you got and I've noted it in what I didn't like) 4) this is a reliably nice hotel and I've heard that other hotels in Copenhagen are not up to standard (and are a complete rip off)

The breakfast was far too expensive. Around £20 for a continental is insane and exploitative. We learned to grab breakfast in town before we started exploring. There are lovely bakeries along Stroget etc.

Location convenient to airport.

The staff are pleasant and mannerly. The food is excellent and good value for money. The rooms are spotless and roomy. Its a beautiful hotel !

Although the Hilton is a lovely Hotel it is a bit pricey compared with other Danish hotels. However it is in an excellent location. If I wasn't on a budget I would stay there every time.

Onehas to pay a lot of money for Internet, absolutely unacceptable nowadays when for an international hotel chain.I Normally avoid Hilton for this reason but there is no choice at cop airport

Dinner buffet was wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Location was ultimate - walked to our terminal at the airport.

The hotel was wonderfully spacious and easily accessible through a passageway from the airport. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and checking-in and out was a breeze. It seemed to me that a lot of consideration was given to the room and a traveler's needs, particularly one who might be transiting Copenhagen. The room was comfortably furnished with king-sized bed, a sitting area with writing desk equipped with extra outlets for devices, and the lighting was great. One wall was entirely glass to provide a view of the runway and the city beyond, and there was a proper blackout curtain to keep out sunlight. Soundproofing was excellent as I could hear nothing from inside the room. There were the usual amenities: a large flat-screen tv with large selection of movies and local/international tv choices; an iron and ironing board; slippers and big, fluffy Hilton robe; a sleek, cordless hot water kettle and a selection of coffees and teas. There was a spacious closet with lots of hangers, and I liked the full- length mirror on the wall opposite the bathroom. The bathroom itself was a marble pleasure, almost as large as some typical European hotel rooms. It boasted a separate bathtub and shower stall. I especially liked that washcloths provided, which isn't generally the case in European hotels. The extended breakfast hours are also sure to make your average traveler quite happy, as well. No one could go wrong or be disappointed staying here and I shall certainly do so again if the opportunity presents itself.

The bed was too firm for me, although the linens and pillows were very nice. The bed ought to have been more luxurious for a hotel of this standard. I also thought that wifi ought to have been complimentary, even if only for a few hours, rather than dk 180 for 24 hours.

We just returned from 5* Montcalm Hotel in London. A visit in their Ececutive Lounge was quite 'interesting'. Dull and 'tired' appetizers, waiters more busy sending sms, human hairs on the drink tables. The executive lounge at Hilton, cool appetizers, neat interior and an ever so nice and professional lounge manager, Emma, who makes you feel very welcome and proofs that not every 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel! Thank you Hilton CPH!!!

The fact that internet and breakfast was not included in the price. It's just a hazzle when it's not. Now the great receptionist was kind enough to give me internet free of charge, but that was an exception to the rule.

Room relatively large and well appointed.

Very open impersonal. Full of people in a hurry which is what you would expect from a airport hotel. big open space lots of wood flooring and designer chairs.Management with suits and cropped hair. Plastic friendly.

The staff was friendly and serviceminded. The room was excellent.(10th floor) We liked that we could keep the room a bit later than 1200 before going to Norway.

Everything was OK. Better service than two famous hotels in Oslo.

The location and convenience of getting around Copenhagen. As a single woman with a lot of evening social activities I felt so safe with the Metro coming right to the hotel and not having to go outside to catch trains, planes or the Metro. There was a lot of "healthy choices" for meals and the staff was most helpful

Having to pay 180 Kroner per day for Wi Fi was unaccepatable. I am used to having it freely available in North American restaurants and hotels. Also the fee to use the pool was a surprise. I felt that the dining room is too open to the lobby and all its activities although the food and staff were excellent.

It was convenient to the airport. The staff were friendly.

The pullout bed was very uncomfortable.

The Hotel was in the same complex as The Airport, so access was very quick and easy upon arrival into Copenhagen.

The Hotel was very expensive. Food and drink were priced at extortionate rates. I also did not apprteciate the Night Porter giving me an Early Morning Alarm Call at 04.15 which I did not request.

Excellent room, it was comfortable, spacious and everything had a high quality finish. I also had a very good meal, although service was slightly slow at one point, a free glass of wine on the house made everything so much better ;) I would recommend this hotel, particularly if you need to be close to the airport. There is a covered walkway straight into the terminal.
