Hotel Hirtshals  

Nice place to stay, near to the harbour, free parking outside and with possibility to cancel the reservation without having to pay any fee.

It looks nice outside, but not inside. The carpets are poor and dirty. The room was large, but not good. The water hardly run out of the sink. The bed was good and clean, though. The location is good with a beautiful view over the sea. Breakfast was okay.

Close to the harbour, close to a nice restaurant, Lilleheden, and in the summer it would be nice to sit outside there if the weather is good.

It's convenience to the Colorline Ferry. It's a clean, simple hotel with an accomodating staff.

The shower worked, as did some of the lights. The towels were clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. The female manager was nice. The elevator worked. The male manager was very friendly and helpful

The first room we got had a leak in the middle of the bathroom from a leaking roof! The second room was better, but... The soap dish was broken off the shower assembly. One night light on the bed was broken. The desk lamp did not work. The floors were in need of vacuuming. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was cold.

The staff at the Hotel Hirtshals were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is centrally located near the town center, the beach and the train station. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and cosy. It had a separate private bathroom which was clean, and fairly large. The room had large windows, which opened to allow a comfortable breeze. The window opened to a magnificent view of the ocean and the harbour. I would also recommend a visit to Hirtshals Kro. ...a friendly and hospitable pub joined to the hotel. I would recomment Hirtshals Hotel and Kro to my firends and family for a terrific, reasonably prices, stay in Hirtshals. Janet Holm

Its location just off the Kristiansand ferry makes it the only place to stay when travelling on the late night ferry

Nothing really bad about it. But compared with others in Denmark it is expensivefor what you get

A completely satisfactory hotel... Clean, tidy, comfortable... Nice owners and staff... The best option in Hirtshals by far... The location is right on the town's square and a short, easy walk from the train station and to the Color Line ferry terminal... (Note: If you are taking the Smyril Ferry to Faroe Islands you will either need to take a cab or the train one station -- and then it's still a pretty long walk!... There's no "easy" access to the Smyril terminal.)

Möblierung im Zimmer war in Ordnung. Der Gesamteindruck wurdxe durch das Badezimmer getrübt.

Badezimmer war unsauber, sogar mit Schimmelbefall und Rost. Ausstattung des Badezimmer veraltet. Kein Service bei der Verköstigung / Frühstück. Es hätte wenigstens Gedeck auf den Tischen sein können, Kaffee ausgeschenkt werden.

Leider gibt es keine positiven Auskünfte.

Die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals. Das Hotel ist in der Kategorie reines Übernachtungshotel in einen Fährhafen einzuordnen. Man will schnelles Geld mit Reisenden machen.

Den avslappede stemningen

Bestillingen var et eneste rot, men det tror jeg ikke er hotelets feil.

Jeg likte godt at det lå midt I byen. Resepsjonisten fant meg med engang på pc. Frokosten var bra. Det var rikt natteliv på en pub som lå kun 100 meter unna. Det var lov å røøyke på den puben, men de hadde ikke lov til å ha matservering der.

Det er ingen ting å klage på.
