It was horrible. The hotel only communicated digitally.
It was horrible. The hotel only communicated digitally. I needed their help because my charger cable could not be removed from the charging station. There was no senior staff in the hotel, only kitchen staff and cleaners.
There was a phone number on the wall poster, but that helpdesk was useless because they could not remotely release the cable.
The trip to Aabenraa cost me an additional 1649 DKK on top of the hotel bill, in order to get a new cable.

Very small and lovely place.
Very small and lovely place. Little old town with its lovely streets and parks. Easy to walk around, everything is nearby and bus transport between different villages worked well. Favorite place was beach area where we had dinner twice. Very good restaurant in the beach- Under Sejlet (https://www.undersejlet.dk/)
I loved the view from my terrasse. It was first floor room but still had a view to the sea. It was very very simple hotel. Quite very old furniture and everything. I didnt see any people at all in that hotel while staying in there. Seems like I was only person in the house every way. A bit strange feeling. There was super good restaurant near the hotel, in the Beach.. just 100m away. Really reccommend to eat there!
A walk away from a few bars/shops etc. We stayed in one of the annexed rooms at the back of the hotel. It was quiet and had the facilities we needed (shower, somewhere to charge devices). Our friends were in the actual hotel. Room was nice enough although it has a hostel vibe rather than hotel. The bar is an honesty box and they ask you not to buy alcohol there after 10pm.
The hotel is very nice for how little money we actually paid for it. Incredibly nice room with a comfortable bed and nice pillows/comforters. We were provided with great service, as we could pick our own check-in.
The shared bathroom was very clean and wasn’t a bother.
The breakfast was also very nice. There was everything you could really need for us.
Lovely and attentive hosts. A great stay in a wonderful location. The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and responded to our queries quickly. There were free drinks and snacks offered for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're ever in Aabenraa!
Breakfast was good but served in a school lunch room alike. Close enough from the centrum and beach which is a good point. Surface area of the room is good, not too small. There was enough free parking area close from the hotel.
The room and bathroom were well cleaned. Bathroom was oldish but all working fine (shower, toilet..).
The topping on the cake, was the breakfast. Finally a hotel that served an excellent breakfast.
I have often had good breakfast' in foreign countries, but Danish hotels often fail. This breakfast was excellent - and yes breakfast means a lot to me
This is a quiet boutique hotel with it's own unique décor in an excellent location in Åbenrå. Even though the restaurant was closed when we were there, we enjoyed amazing breakfasts and dinners at Fru Geest's & Butler's respectively, both nearby.
The room was pretty large. Aabenraa felt very peaceful. The check-in was well organised. There was a little fridge which proved to be very useful for us. It was easy to find a parking place.
The receptionist young tall lovely lady really is a credit to thus hotel went above and beyond to make myself disabled husband and Teddy our dog feel comfortable ❤
