Μεγάλα, άνετα, οικογενειακά δωμάτια. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Στοκχόλμης

Κατά τη διάρκεια των 3 διανυκτερευσεών μας δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες παρά μόνο μετά από παρατηρησή μας,., ακόμη και ανεφοδιασμός από τα είδη υγιεινής (σαπούνια, σαμπουάν,χαρτί υγείας) έγινε μετά από δική μας απαίτηση

The hotel's personnel is of a great assistance and the room, although small, is quite comfortable.

One thing I missed much was that the restaurant was open only during breakfast time.

I have stayed there before, as have I stayed in other hotels in the area. Overall, I find that Hotel Ansgar is the most comfortable one and gives best value. The rooms are simple but fine. Most of the staff is quite relaxed and friendly (though not all).

I have, on occassion, come across odd instances of inflexibility: This time around, for instance, I asked the waitress whether I could take a piece of bread from the breakfast area up to the room where my partner was sleeping in, and she said no. "Can I take a cup of coffee?", I asked. "No", she said, "you cannot take anything". So much for the "ligeglad" attitude that the Danes like to keep of themselves.

Cozy hotel with great atmosphere. We would like to come back:)

VERY small room

The evening staff was very friendly and helpfully, the hotel was easy access to the city.

I mainly liked the modern design of the rooms and premises of the hotel; the rich breakfast in the morning and the cleanliness everywhere. Also the professionalism of the hotel staff was appreciated.

The lift was not particularly handy because it did not stop at the same level of the floor and if you had heavy luggage you had to use a part of the staircase carrying the weight of your luggage.

The staff is very nice and friendly, they are ready to answer all of my questions.

Everything is okay

Convenient location, excellent breakfast. The only fault we found was uncomfortable beds. We would use again

The room was clean and comfortable, there was excellent wireless connectivity that was free and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Very small room. The bthroom is extremely small and uncomfortable.

The night receptionist was very rude on several occassions. Eveything was an effort for him! Not sure wh he is working there
