Location - very close to Centralstation Easy to find the hotel (even though there's construction)
Bed - not comfortable Noise - you hear everything in the corridors and your neighbors moving around in the rooms next door.
The hotel is located close to the central station and has very friendly staff!
- Hotel looks are fresh - Staff friendly and helpful - Good value for money - Close to the Main sights of Copenhagen - Staff had Gaffe tape handy after the breaking of the car window - Allowed us to store our bags after check out - Good if you're only spending a night or two and don't need to park your car
This hotel is in the red light district Car break ins are the rule, not the exception in the area and no good options are available for secure parking Hard to navigate to due to current constructions in the area (Nov 2014)
Breakfast was excellent
Room was very small
tee and coffee and kettle in the room
spots on the carpet
Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean. Locations great.
Really thin walls - so very noisy when other guests walk by or taking in halls. Bed was tiny and bedding VERY minimal. Bedding covers Barely covered me and I'm only 5'!
The hotel is located one block away from the train station. Hotel has bikes to lend. Rooms are very small but ok. This hotel is not accessible for those with reduced mobility (read more below). My room had a safe in the closet, but too small to fit a laptop. If you like to walk around when traveling, you are within walking distance to most major attractions. I would consider staying here again (this was the cheapest hotel in this area when I booked).
Stained dirty carpets everywhere! They should remove all carpets, since they can't keep them properly clean. The elevator in the property is a (bad) joke: it does not reach all the floors. It seems to have been a later addition to the building, so it takes you between floors and you have to reach your floor either going up or down the remaining stairs. Breakfast had limited options but well within the standard of relatively low cost European hotels. Tap water had a disgusting taste of rust, though I had been advised by the front desk to drink it. The hotel is behind the tracks of the train station and two blocks away from the red light district. Although I did not see anything offensive or obscene, this should be taken into account if you are traveling with children or if you are a woman traveling by yourself: surrounding streets are very dark and empty and I cannot say I didn't feel somewhat aprehensive. Very limited dining options within three blocks and no room service in the hotel (apart from water and soft drinks which you had to go down to the front desk to pick up for yourself).
Proximity to train station.
Tiny bathroom. Floor gets completely flooded when showering. Weak internet signal.
Good location with only five minutes walk from the railway station. Good breakfast
Paper cups in the room for tea or coffee making. No English tea but plenty of choice for other types of tea.
very friendly staff and great location
make sure you turn the heating on 2 hours before you want to go to bed, otherwise you'll freeze!
Nothing special. Everything was as usual. The only good thing wAs that it was too near to central metro station.
First of all middle aged reception was not freindly at all. When we asked a question she had a look that we are crazy or something. You have to carry your luggage all the way to reach elevator, which was a complete headache. Room was tidy but not very special. Wifi was too slow. I need to open the door and stand in the middle of corridor to get signal. Small bathroom. Breakfast was a basic one and did not worth money. We had to stay there for one night which was ok.
Hotel was very close to he central station, and Tivoli.
Mattress was to soft, and you simply cannot that piece of spounge call the pillow. It was so small that I couldn't even fold it to make it thicker. My back was hurting badly every morning. And a foot towel would be of a great help to because there was nothing to stop the water going on the bathroom floor so you have to dry it yourself or wait another half our after showering if you need to brush your teeth or put make up, or something else.
Breakfast was really good and staff were very helpful.
The beds were a bit too narrow that is why I rated them only as fair.
1) Personel. 2) Hotel is in the center of the city, near the railway station. 3) Breakfast is very tasty.
Excellent stay, brilliant breakfast
Only critisium, could have done with kettle in the room
Small double room
breakfast was excellent and near to main train station so that easy access to airport.
room was really really small even if two small women, pillows were uncomfortable, rest of our stay was nice.
near the main station
There is no clothes cleaning. Prices are very high view looking at the back yard
The breakfast and the location
- location and breakfast - friendly staff, - tiny rooms, but space well used
- you always hit your head on the TV. - no scraper or mat in bathroom (=wet floor) - we missed hooks for wet jackets
The hotel was near to all the tourist attractions. It was great to be near the railway station. The staff were friendly and the room very clean
Quiet. Good breakfast
Hard to find hotel due to road construction.
A good welcome on arrival, comfortable room, a little on the small size but I was only going to sleep in it. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Good breakfast.
Not the hotel's fault but the roadworks did make finding the hotel a little hard to find. Advise regarding to roadworks would have been helpful.
Great central location very close to main train station and 10 minute walk from the City. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Blinds and curtains ensured black out for great nights sleep.
A bit basic
location is great. close to the station without being disturbed by it, close to the city centre (walking distance), staff is polite and helpful. buffet breakfast is simple but nice, just the usual fares.
this is a hotel for people who stay out all day, come in, take a shower and fall asleep. apart from decent, modern bathrooms (not of the utmost cleanliness, though), the rooms themselves are appallingly basic. Small, beds far from comfortable, no tea/coffee facilities (which we definitely missed upon returning from our days spend sightseeing in the cold and rain), no space for bags (we were 4 in a family room, the smallest we had during our trip), no minibar/fridge, the room furniture seems like it's coming straight out from the 70s (Formica table and chairs)... despite decent people working there, one can sense that the hotel's mindset is more focused on its turnover thanks to its location than on their guests and their general comfort.
