Hotel Ansgar  

地点很赞。离火车站非常近，那一片街区都是旅店，饭馆和杂货店都很多。交通也方便。推荐附近一家叫Saxo- 的中餐馆，味道正分量足。 房间还算舒适。一楼转角有景点推介的小卡片和册子，尤其喜欢小卡片的设计，半个巴掌大，正面是名字，反面是- 简介和地图，轻巧便携。

收费不算便宜，预先扣付房钱，我们因为天气原因不得不被动推迟一天行程，提前了一天半电话确认推迟入住，旅- 店方面也没有更好的意见，早餐费房费还是通通扣掉，虽然不能说是旅店的错，但是至少不够人性化吧。 前台大姐打扮得像是要去演歌剧，这本来也蛮有喜感，只是严肃的脸孔和程式化的态度看起来又像古板的女管家，- 可能是我倒霉，撞上刚接待了顾客投诉的前台吧，弄得我老觉得自己像欠她钱没有还。公事公办没有不好，只是那- 样一来直接取消人工前台不是更方便~

房间面积太小。无洗衣服务。

The hotel was close to the main station and the city centre. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was tidied well.

The room was definitely too small. I almost always stumbled on my luggage. Furthermore, there was no cupboard (or anything similar) where I could put my clothes; the bathroom was new but tiny and since the shower was not clearly separated all the bathroom was wet after taking a shower. The area is somehow eerie (drunkards, prostitutes). For a day or two ok but not suited for a linger stay.

Breakfasts were excellent. Location very convenient for transport and city centre. Staff were very helpful. Showers good.

Area was somewhat short of facilities such as bars and restaurants.

It was close to everything - but in the sketchy part of town, and as a female did not feel comfortable walking there at night.

We were 4 adults travelling together. The room was not big enough for 4 people (even though we were told that it was). The pillows and beds are terriable, my neck is still sore from it. The website made it sound better than it was, not a nice place to stay, would not recommend Hotel Ansgar to other travellers - unless you are looking for a dirty backpack style place in a sketchy part of town.

The location, meaning the closeness to city center.

The normal rooms are very small and to access to the rooms is difficult with small kids. The hotel is located on a street with loud night-life.

Hotel reception polite and good.

Location is good close to the central train station. And close to where the International bus lines stop. - Hotel facilities and staff were very good and the breakfast was especially nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a good variety and plentiful.

It took us a while to locate the hotel. Even though it was near the railway station, as advertised, it was around the back of the station. The street was noisy at night, not from cars but from people yelling out and talking loudly. I think the neighbourhood was a bit questionable. We saw people dealing drugs open ly a few 100m from the hotel and were accosted by a pick-pocket whilst walking along the street the hotel was in. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but not much space.

I found the reception staff, in particular Jan, very helpful at any time of the day and evening! Room was comfortable and clean. Will come back!

A comfortable sitting area would be appreciated.

The proximty to the city and railway station was excellent. Although our room was small, making it difficult to store our suitcases, it was comfortable. The shower was a welcomed relief at the end of a day of sight seeing. The breakfast food was always fresh and there was plenty of it.

Sometimes the service at reception was less than friendly. It would be nice to have been able to iron clothing in the comfort of our room rather than going to the conference room tucked away out the back of the hotel.
