Very close to the station and town.

Red-light neighbours are off-putting. Street noise at night.

The room was big and clean, staff frendly

Stayed on the fifth floor, the elevator was to small to fit å wheelchair with a footrest in uppword posision. Had to squees us in.

Location - close to everything, staff very friendly, size of the room (compared to other hotels in Copenhagen), very clean, possibility to choose the temperature in the room, the facilities in the room - coffee maker and iron.

Breakfast is not to rich, but acceptable for a few days( I'd appreciate some fresh fruits)

The hallway looked a bit gruby, the chairs in the dining area very unfashionable and uncomfortable, noisy at night

Loved the location and the staff. The room was big enough, but a bit noise since we were close to the elevator. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but fair enough.

Good size single room. Good facilities. Was at back so very quiet. Good size bathroom and good choice of food at breakfast. Be prepared to be propositioned several times at night when coming back if male!

Light shone through the sides of the door from the corridor lights which never seemed to be dimmed. Difficult to get to sleep because of this.Told a member of staff about this, she said they were aware of this problem and the manager was working on it. It needs to be sorted out!

Strategic location from central station and to city centre, spacious single room, and clean.

Breakfast lacks variety or choices, it's always the same stuff everyday. Need a system eg a receipt to record who leaves what luggage at the storage room. Anyone can easily walk in to claim a luggage. No ID check!

Very nice hotel near everything. Excellent value for money. Our room was in the corner of two streets, big and bright with big windows. Good and comfy beds.The bathroom was really clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic, but good considering this price range.

The area outside (around the train station) is noisy during the week-ends, so we had to sleep with ear-plugs (though we didn´t mind that), but it´s good to know.

Free wifi in room. Walking distance to central station and to town. Nice little room with natural light. Tea making in my room. If I wake up during the night I am used to making a cup of tea and reading for awhile. Helpful reception staff gave me tips on what to see and how to get to places.

The "back end" of the railway station. Also, being asked to to take a snack from breakfast for later. I didn't consume the large breakfasts others did and wanted to finish in my room privately when I had an online meeting arranged (to suit family in Australian time zone).

The room was very clean and comfortable. I booked a single room but I could stay in a double room. Breakfast was ok. Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the main station.

One female receptionist was not very kind.

Great value for such large rooms. We had a 3 single bed room and it was one of the most spacious I've seen. Also included a nice breakfast spread.

All was excellent: location, rooms, breakfast. I can recommend it to my friends !

Large room with tea & coffee facilities, free wifi and safe, large bathroom, convenient location, decent breakfast with delicious bread.

Location is quite convinient for catching up the train. 3 minutes working distance. Free WiFi

The bed is not comfortable. It is collapsed to some extend and need to be replaced

The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable and there was lots of hot water. We had two double and a family room and we were all happy with the accommodation.

The breakfast was a bit Spartan and there were no engish tea bags or milk in the room. You cannot put coffee creamer in tea. The location was not good if you have children in your party which we did but apart from the noise at night it was not too much of an issue.

Very friendly staff spoke perfect English. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Twin beds pushed together was uncomfortable.

It was warm, close to everything, right by the station!

We thoroughly appreciated the care and attention of the staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean, warm and friendly. It was convenient to the main railway station and there were many restaurants (though mostly ethnic) around. we would return if and when in copenhagen.
