Nice staff. Well organized breakfast Clean room and bathroom Good location, walking distance to the most attractions and Palases
Noise at the night time
It's just 1 block away from the main train station. I walked from there to everywhere. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
It could be a little noisy at night which might be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Not my case, I slept pretty well.
Room and bathroom big and comfy. Location is in walking distance of center. Breakfast is diverse. Impressive for a 3 star hotel near the train station.
Close to the central station, very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.
My parents found the road noise too much (though it is a city - the younger generation could sleep!)
It was fine. So many people talk about the 'red light area', which is only upsetting to uptight tourists They should stay home.
The old buildings with thick cement walls heat up in the day and don't cool off much at night. No air conditioning makes for a bad stay.
Location and comfort.
Awkward to get to from train station until you find the shortcut. Exit the train station on side opposite of Tivoli Gardens side. There is a lift to take you down a level. Then cross the crosswalk just to the right of the door and hotel in sight one block away. Saves lots of steps with bags.
There was no air conditioning
It was very close to the train station.
It was very hot and their was no air conditioning. However there was a fan in the closet that we discovered when leaving.
Orherwise OK, the staff was friendly and the breakfast reasonable. BUT
The night was very warm and the window had to be open. In the street there was all night long a kind of Copenhagen GP, very noisy cars and very noisy people.
The hotel is few meters from Central station, which makes it ideal for someone who departs to suburbs on daytime duty but wants to enjoy city nightlife. I had nice double room in the corner of the building with plenty of windows and light. Wifi worked!
The street outside can be noisy (it depends on the quality of window isolation). The bed was too soft (felt worn out). People who stood in front of my room, could easily be in as well. The door does not give any sound protection. Given it is summer time, there were not so many different fruits at the breakfast.
Good for three star..excellent receptionists..very good location nr tivoli.restaurants nearby.
Small breakfast room
The rooms facing the street is very noisy. Barely slept at night. It's time to replace your old towels
Location and helpful staff
The noise from the street and the small and ugly breakfast room.
Family room with 3 proper beds. WiFi OK as we needed to have a long skype conference. Room size was spacious as was bathroom. Breakfast was fine with a good and basic selection. Staff was friendly and gave good advice on what to do and where to eat. Really close to the central railway station. Quiet although room was facing the street
Bit hot in the room as there was no AC and street noice was high if window was open.
Very good location, just 3min walk from the central station and Tivoly. Specious room - we had 2 large double bed and the toilet & bath were also very comfort.
Very poor breakfast, not suitable for kids. Almost no selection or choices to choose from. The few things that had been served were scanty & few. The was also laude noise from the street below the hotel. maybe better sealed windows and seal glass can help reducing the noise.
Well located in the city, easy access to train station and other tourist sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and clean.
The street noise in the night. Had to close the windows to keep the noise at a minimum, which then made the room very stuffy.
It's central location, a mere block from the Central Train Station and three blocks from the Tivoli Gardens, is unbeatable. It's breakfast is ample and it offers a computer for its clientele. The staff was very helpful. The room colours were tastefully restrained. The room was more spacious than a hotel of comparable quality in a downtown location of a major city.
Fresh fruit was not available at breakfast. Our beds had mattresses that were "past their prime". A late night combo of club partygoers plus down-and-out folk at its intersection makes a good night sleep problematic, as there is no AC, and therefore no sound-proofing sealing around the windows. On hot summer nights the rooms would be quite clammy, to say the least.
Very close to the train station, good for connections.
Close to train and Tivoli Easy walk to Stroget Very helpful staff
Noisy - we had street room and very noisy at night No air con so hot in summer Need to get to breakfast early or no tables and need to queue
Convenience for Tivoli, Stroget and train station Helpfulness and friendliness of reception staff Good breakfasts
No air-con and as it was very warm during our visit the table fan struggled to keep the room cool Breakfast area on the small side so queues at peak time (8.30 to (.15 am). Reception did warn us of this so we ensured we were at breakfast by 8.10 am!
Excellent location - about two blocks from the train station.
Laundry services are very expensive.
The location near the train station.
I thought the included breakfast was a full hot breakfast. Other guests were disappointed & scratching their heads looking at the small amount cold sandwich meat slices on the serving plates. And rock hard old bread rolls .
The room where breakfast was served was to small. Guests had to wait to get a seat to eat breakfast. I was asked to leave my seat as soon as I had finished my tea, because of the lack of tables and seats.
Proximity to train station and centre of town
Limited seating in foyer
Near to main train station, Tivoli and close to city center. Staff helpful. Best rate for a 3 star hotel. Didn't expect this.
Breakfast facility too small. Queues in the morning.
