The location was excelente, because it was near central station (but not too close), near a lot of restaurants and caffe. It is in a part of town that was safe and we see a lot of young and modern people, so we feel good at there. Also, the hotel has a lot of style, in a cosy way, because it was small but we feel confortable and we feel like home. The beds and pillows were also very confortable. The organic produts (shampoo, body cream and so one) smeel beautiful and are good. We only ate breakfast once, because we prefer to do it in local coffes, but it was good and has a lot of different things. We realy enjoy our stay.
The shower didn't have any curtain, so the floor became wet. Also there wasn't many towels - just one for each person (probably they would give as more if we ask, but we didn't ask because it was not a real problem for us). The window let the sunlight in, but because it is october, it was not a real problem. To be honest these were just details, because overall we love it.
This hotel is in a nice area, very close to the train station (no more than 5 minutes walk and easy to get there from the airport), surrounded by lots of bars, caffes and restaurants. Within walking distance to Tivoli park and the Town Hall Square where the center of the city starts. Staff was very friendy, bedroom was nice and big, bed super comfy and bathroom was very clean. As an extra for me you can also use the eco-toiletries they supply, they are very nice!!
I appreciated the warm and welcoming staff.
The rooms are extraordinarily small. Perhaps smaller beds and a change of furniture would make better use of the limited size of rooms.
The hotel location is quite central and close to the train station The bed was super comfortable The room was tastefully decorated The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful We spent there only one night, but I would definitely return there
Bathroom was a bit smelly and bathroom equipment needs some renovation
People and breakfast. This was one of the best breakfasts ever had! You should experience this. Prepared with care. Also the beer of a small brewery was very tasteful.
I was quite surprised to find myself paying £80 for 5 days breakfast when I checked out and feel this cost could have been better displayed and communicated as I had no idea.it is also quite poor quality.
Friendly staff, great location and lovely homely hotel. Really made our weekend away so special.
Price of breakfast, but good alternatives nearby in Vesterboro
Clean space, gracious staff who helped us navigate the city' s sights with helpful tips for transportation. Nice bakeries nearby as option for breakfast.
Windows must be open for air and face either street or neighboring apartments, restaurant, bar. We requested a quiet room. Didn't count on disco music late night or use of dumpsters, loud talking .We had to keep TV on to detract from outside noise.
The organic cosmetics in the bathroom.
Rooms were very clean and quiet; staff very accommodating.
No room service.
The staff was kind to move me to a room that has less fur decoration.
I don't like the smell of the fur. This all fur decoration makes me feel that I have checked in a love hotel.
The cozy housing and friendly atmosphere
We rented bikes which ended up not having working lights. It took forever to solve this (which didn't happen in the end) and we were promised they would be taken off the bill (which didn't happen)
Close to the center Clean, Nice Room and staff competent and very professional. Suggested for vacation and relax
The best thing was the kindness of the hotel staff.
We loved our trip to Copenhagen and this was partly due to our hotel - it had a very individual décor , a lovely ambience , very helpful staff and lots of nice touches e.g coffee and fruit always and freely available . Would definitely stay again .
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Room had a small balcony which was a bonus as weather hot and sunny for September.. Appreciated the organic/environmental approach of this small hotel chain.. Excellent location for a very good variety of restaurants and easy access to Central Station.
Not a cheap option but nothing in Copenhagen is cheap! All seating in public areas was designed for eating/drinking with no separate indoor lounge area with settees etc.
Great breakfasts Organic products Quiet Fast internet Friendly staff
Cozy and warm rooms (even floor heating available in the bathroom - very pleasant). Nice decorations, organic cosmetic provided. Very good breakfast. Parking possibilities.
Long black hairs on a towel. Well, I´m blonde. But it was not an issue at all.
Veru nice staff
Location, good atmoshphere, very nice hotel, a great Oasis in Copenhagen!
Nice reception area
Room nothing special, not so "design"
reception staff very knowledgeable; great local dining recommendations lots artwork in room and corridors easy-going atmosphere close to station, restaurants and shops
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Central location. Good shower.
With "Carlton" in its name we expected a high level of comfort. However, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. Breakfast not included in the room rate. At DKK 145 p.p. it offered an organic breakfast which looked unappealing to us. Therefore we ate breakfast elsewhere. The hotel does not have a reception and has very few guest facilities. The bathroom is tiny with hardly any space to move or place anything.
